Old fashioned hotel, less clean and need many renovation to fix it.
Shabby, rundown, and dirty.
There was a wasp nest in the bathroom window!
The real kicker is that this property has bed bugs!
Don’t stay.
We have stayed here many times, very large pool area and very large well appointed rooms, particularly the back larger rooms, quite good food at very good prices, the gardens, are lovely and extremely friendly staff. We will be back
We have stayed here many times before but it has had a bit of a make over, alk furniture repainted and fresh, food was magnificent for the prices on the menu, swimming pool is one if the biggest you woukd normally find at a hotel, staff very friendky. Will be back.
Veľmi pekne čisté priestranné.
Nice And cheap place
Nice place. Great value for the money.
Me and My friend overnight at the hotel when arriving at Berlian Abadi Banyuwangi. we will take a trip to see the midnight blue fire in Ijen crater. At first I had difficulty finding transportation to get to Ijen Crater, A hotel staff kindly offered us transport sharing to the crater of Ijen With the price of idr 150,000 per person. Keep in mind, when you take a trip to Ijen Crater, please make a reservation of transport Because it is very difficult to find
regards
We way here on many occasions during the year and our last stay last week was again great. Food in restaurant is great value and good quality. One of the largest and cleanest swimming pools in the area. Rooms are cleaning furnished well.. A good place to stay and the staff are friendly and helpful...
Ok I didn't have much choosing in this hotel as it was a last minute get me out of nyepi decision and all hotel where full.
Ok I give this hotel a 3 star.
First remember it is a 2 star hotel. So don't expect 5 star like some people seem to forget.
It lost half a star for the price was way too much for a high season 2 star hotel.
Half a star for the leaking taps and other bathroom fixtures.
And lost the last star for the green pool. Kids pool was ok.
It was what I sort of expected for a 2 star hotel. Had hot water and a.c.
It served its purpose but I'd rather spend 100k more and get a much better hotel for future stays.
We arrived very late in the hotel after a long travel day. The room was dirty. The furniture was dated. In the sheets were holes. The breakfast was very poor and for fried eggs you had to pay. The tables ware full of dust. The staff was impersonnal. The swimming pool was from early in the morning full with noisy local children who runned and played around the breakfast tables. We cancelled our booking for the next days and moved to an other hotel. The staff refunded correctly.
Good food, rooms were good, bathroom needs Improvement. Little far from banyuwangi city but close to railway station and ferry terminal. Stay here if two three days are spent in hotel. Service was not great with cleaning little slow. Also restaurant was not always able to give what was in menu.
We choose this hotel because it was so close to the ferry terminal. It was much more then we expected, the pool was awesome, the rooms were very clean and the hot shower made it even better. We had issues with our air con but someone came to fix it within 10 minutes. Staff is very friendly but service can be slow in the restaurant. Breakfast was a noodle and rice buffet but still very delicious. Overall nice place for a short term stay.
We frequent this hotel regularly as it is only 1 hr drive and ferry ride from our house in Bali. The hotel rooms are fully equipped , swimming pool is huge and the food is magnificent and cheap. Close to large shopping center (Giant) 5 minute drive to main city center
It is far from the city center.
No shower at all, just the scoop. No hot water.
I asked for trip to Ijen (the day trip, not morning) and they just proposed only 1 option after second question and we didin't agree with money. I walked to another hotel and made all the arrangements with the suitable price.
I asked for the taxi to the airport and they said it will cost me 60000 Rs, but the driver wanted twice more - they should think over the reliable taxi drivers for theur customers not to dissapoint them
If you don't care much about cleanness, don't expect good breakfast and poor services, most of all you are in a situation 'no where to stay overnight' as well as your wallet is thin, then yes, you may found this hotel as reasonable.
Some other said this hotel is cheap, but please notice the room that they called it Suit is cost Rp 385,000 per night and then compared to other hotel in the same area, I should say it way to expensive.
The cheaper room Rp 100,000 is without air conditioning and hot water. Right, it is included continental breakfast but don't expect too much for the quality.
I have stayed at this hotel last September because my client booked me in and I didn't anticipating. I should booked Ketapang Indah before I left Surabaya. Well, it was unforgivable nights for my own body, my mind and my soul. I will not return to this hotel for my next visit.
We stayed one night in here in August 2014 before hiking Kawah Ijen. We got a deluxe room with hot water in the shower and a European toilet for 280.000. The room was very clean and staff were helpful so the price was appropriate, although it takes about 10 or 20 minutes to get to this place by bemo either from the train station or the ferry harbour. There is a free wifi and a swimming pool in here. We didn't get breakfast because we supposedly woke up too late to get it, but we had lunch in the restaurant and it tasted good.
Arrived at 5am because i couldnt finish the ijan. Just had to pay for one night (so didnt have to pay for the night i arrived). Had a deluxe room voor 285.000 with a western toilet and hot shower (standard rooms don't have western toilet and shower). Had a good sleep but when i went for breakfast at 8.30 am they runned out of toast and just had some rice and vegetables left...
Simple, but clean rooms. We had a family room with extra matrasses, spacoius enough. Gorgeous swimming pool. Very friendly staff, English speaking. For us was a good spot to have a rest in chaotic Indonesia.
stayed here one night and found the facilities basic but sufficient. Stayed in room with a fan but it was more an extractor than a fan! Worked surprisingly well though! Stayed in the first bedroom and it was a terrible location because not only was it at the point where all traffic entered or exited, but there was also a speed bump right in front of my room! Staff were incredibly helpful and happily changed a large note into smaller notes for the bemo.
