Excellent value for money, very clean and tidy room, nice view, polite staff
Pros:

Very polite host and very considerate. Location is in the heart of the old town, and there is convenient parking. Nice, tidy and very clean room, everything worked properly and the view was great. Delicious breakfast in the restaurant.

Ne a placut jocul de lumini proiectat noaptea pe cetate și o cascada Hotnitsa pe care am vizitat o

Cons:

Când am ajuns la locație, camerele erau mai mici decât în poze, nu era apa calda,iar în baie foarte frig. Camera era încălzită cu aparat de aer condiționat. Când am revenit după câteva ore,am avut neplacuta surpriza sa constatam ca nu se rezolvase problema apei calde iar în camera în fata usei de la baie am găsit o rama/vierme, a fost extrem de neplăcut, abia am convins-o pe fiica mea sa ramanem. L-am sunat pe proprietar, dar nu a răspuns decât la un msj pe whatsapp, mi a promis ca în 30 de min vom avea apa calda,lucru care nu s a întâmplat, asa ca ne am culcat nespălați...
Cearșaful de pe pat era atât de mic încât nu putea fi băgat sub saltea motiv pt care am dormit mai mult pe saltea decât pe cearșaf 🫤
După 1,5h ,i-am mai trimis un msj sa-l anunț ca problema nu s-a remediat,de data asta nici măcar nu s-a mai sinchisit sa răspundă...o experienta dezamăgitoare care ma face sa nu recomand locația...

Pros:

Локацията е добра, на 1мин сте от всичко в старата част. Има къде да се паркира.

Cons:

Снимките в booking нямат много общо с реалното положение. Има нужда от ремонт и поддръжка определено. Обелени врати и прозорец който не се затваряше добре. Парното работеше само вечер.
Нямаше гледка, по-скоро гледате улицата или другата сграда на 2м. Малко легло с една завивка, не беше много удобно за двама души.

Pros:

The staff were super kind and accommodating, the room was clean and spacious.

Cons:

Getting there by car was a bit of a hassle especially in the traffic and the parking situation is not great.

Pros:

Mulțumim frumos gazdei pentru disponibilitate, receptivitate și faptul că ne-a întâlnit personal.
Hotelul într-o zonă frumoasa, cu o priveliște minunată și posibilitatea de a te primblă prin partea veche, istorică a orașului.
Camera curata, bine întreținută și cu vedere spectaculoasă spre show-ul cetății Tsarevets.
Recomandam !!
