A good start to our trip to Japan.
Pros:

We booked the hotel because our guided tour of Japan was starting from the hotel. It was very pleasant, with a decent enough sized lobby area. Reception staff were friendly. We booked the accommodation to include breakfast. This hotel is used by tour groups, so be aware that if you come for breakfast up to 8am it is possible that there will be a queue for a table. Breakfast is buffet style. Rooms were a reasonable size for Japan. Cleaning is organized according to the number of nights you stay. Fresh towels every day.
The hotel is about a ten to fifteen minute walk from Omori station. The hotel staff weee very helpful to us with maps, etc. There are also some very nice restaurants on that side of the expressway.
