Pretty, quaint and quiet with a great onsen
Pros:

The place was really pretty quaint, and along the quieter stretch of Karuizawa, while also being centrally located between Kyukaruizaewa and Nakakaruizawa. The breakfast was good. But the best was the private open - privacy and tranquility. It was my first onsen experience and I utilised it on the 2 days I stayed.

Cons:

One of the restaurants refused to seat me in the evening because I didn't have a reservation. But all I wanted was a drink - they didn't even listen / fully understand to my request and told me the next slot was an hour later.

全体的には快適な旅行となり満足です。
Pros:

お部屋をアップグレードしていただいて快適に過ごせました。露天風呂も気持ちよく利用出来ました。

Cons:

チェックインの際に連泊翌日の清掃不要を伝えていましたが、翌日清掃はどうするのか確認の連絡が入り、スタッフ間で情報共有がされていないことが少し残念でした。

また宿泊したい
Pros:

軽井沢駅から徒歩20分くらいで、周りは森林に囲まれていて静か。また、部屋をアップグレードしていただき、お風呂、部屋が広くなって満喫できた。床暖房もあったので部屋自体め温かい。

部屋にルームウェアがないことを連絡したら、すぐに持ってきていただき、スタッフさんの対応も良かった。

Cons:

自分はそんなに気になりませんでしたが、連れがニス？みたいな匂いを気にしてたとこ。フローリングなので仕方ないとは思いますが…。

Pros:

部屋が広く、ミニキッチンもあったので子連れにはとても良いホテルだと思います。貸し切り露天風呂も綺麗でした。

Cons:

部屋にあった加湿器に水が入っていて、カビが沢山生えていて使えませんでした。また、リモコンスタンドがホコリがかなりたまっていてこれは気になってウエットティッシュで拭きました。加湿器の掃除が行き届かないようであればレンタルにすれば良いのになと思います。
部屋が良かった分、残念でした。
