大変素敵です。
Pros:

露天風呂が貸切予約制なのが非常に良かったのと、売店のアイスが美味しかったです。内装も素敵でした。コーヒーも美味しかったです。

到着日送迎お願いしてたが、忘れられた
自転車を借りる予定だったけど、埃だらけ、1台空気抜けてて動かず、キャンセルする事になってしまった。

We like the accommodation and would recommend to friends if the Front Desk staff were more helpful
Pros:

We enjoyed the availability of the hot baths.
We had 2 rooms and 1 of which was the Suite with Tatami Area. The living room had a sofa as well as a Tatami area which was a good size and very comfortable.

Cons:

The staff at the Front Desk were unhelpful and always hiding behind the office. They would not even assist to make restaurant reservations.

Nice room & facilities to stay, but not for the meals.
Pros:

Nice size room and a large bathroom and a separate toilet in the room. There were private open bath that the guest can use for free. It was very nice & relaxing.

Cons:

There is no elevator to the upstairs guest rooms, we had to carry the suitcases ourselves.
We had dinner at the restaurant, it was disappointing for the price we paid.

Pros:

洋風の外観と中庭がとても素敵でした。貸切風呂もロケーションも良かったです。部屋のテラスでタバコが吸えるのも喫煙者としては助かりました。

Cons:

ウェルカムドリンクとしてコーヒー等を置いてる割に、砂糖がいつも無かった。お部屋のアメニティでロクシタンのシャンプーとリンスが置いてあったのは嬉しいが、私の髪質には合わないのか、髪質がキシキシとして洗い心地が悪かった。

Very nice and quaint stay! Would love to come back again in a different season
Pros:

The staff were kind and accommodating. Recommended as a nice get-away. The rooms don’t quite match what the pictures show on the listing (at least for the option we chose) but it’s still quite spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

The convenience store, grocery store, and station are a bit of a walk away and the more affordable dining options in the area are a bit slim and/or close pretty early.
