Pros:

スタッフの方が親切。
貸切露天風呂がとっても気持ちよく、特別感がある。
ウエルカムドリンク。
アメニティが充実している

Cons:

おっきなクマの展示は、とっても古びた感じを誇張してしまっている感じ。

部屋着はペラペラの短めガウンで、リラックスできない。パジャマを持参していなく、日中の服のまま寝ることになってしまった。あれは、部屋着とは言えない。

テレビが非常に小さくて、角にパソコンのように置かれているだけなので、ゆっくり観ながら寛ぐには不適当だった

Pros:

Love the luxurious feel of the hotel. Rooms were huge and the little touches gave us a homely feel. A special mention to Tanaka, a young staff at the reception - we wanted to set off very early for our final hike the next day and wanted to send in our luggage (for transfer to our next hotel) early. The reception counter opens only at 8am, but Tanaka came in early, before 7.30am, to receive our 6 luggage and arranged for the transfer. And we could set off for our hike early! Kudos to Tanaka!

Cons:

The wifi reception was bad.
