野菜がうりなだけあり新鮮で味も濃く、食事だけは良かったです。焼きたてパンは絶品でした

今どき差し込むタイプの鍵で驚きました
設備もドライヤーがいつの？ってくらいちゃちく風弱！無料の水すらない。自販機も無いのも驚き！
露天風呂楽しみでしたが、、こんなもんか。。と感じました。朝も入れると言われましたが一度入れば良いかな

昨年、北海道で大浴場ありそのホテルと比べてしまいますが価格の割に内容がショボすぎ

I would not recommend this hotel. The location is very inconvenient.
Pros:

The hotel’s location was the biggest drawback. It is situated between Karuizawa Station and Naka-Karuizawa Station, making it quite inconvenient to get around. The road in front of the hotel is a busy main road, so walking is neither pleasant nor practical. You will likely need to take a taxi or a bus. However, the bus only runs twice an hour and is often delayed, while taxis require an additional dispatch fee when booked through the local taxi service.

We stayed in a Japanese-Western style room on the ground floor of the new building. Unfortunately, the room was located right next to the private hot spring baths, which resulted in a very damp environment with a noticeable musty smell. The wooden deck outside our room was even blocked off because the boards had warped due to the moisture, which clearly reflected the humidity issue.

The only highlight of our stay was the breakfast. The ingredients were fresh, and the quality of the food was excellent.
