Eine einfache, aber angenehme Unterlunft mit freundlichem Betreiber in guter Lage.
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut und der Betreiber ausgesprochen freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sauber und für mit einem Aufenthalt in einem Hotel vergleichbar. Die Klimatisierung macht es im Sommer gut erträglich. Ich mag den Charme des authentischen Hauses.

Cons:

Die Wände sind sehr hellhörig und es gibt keine Kochnische.

Location within historical part of Xativa.
Beautiful views
Vintage style decoration of the flat
Nice breakfast good selection and homemade jams
Great hospitaity

Cons:

Very hot during the summertime a bit noisy aircon to fall sleep easily.
We found coackroches in the bathroom.
Could be more deeply cleaned to avoid the mouldy smell in the room. Bin wasn't emptied upon our arrival.

Great place
Pros:

Very tastefully decorated house with a few rooms. My room was on the side of the street but since it’s only pedestrian there was no noise from outside. Helpful and friendly owner, good value breakfast and in general great value for money

Preciosa casa antigua restaurada en el centro. Todo a mano
Pros:

La casa en muy bonita y las habitaciones muy comodas. Ian, el dueno, encantador y dispouesto a ayudar con todo. Ian ademas esta en la recepcion casi todo el dia con lo que puede antenderte con lo que haga falta. Estupendo desayuno por 7 euros mas. El sitio es muy recomendable

Cons:

Hay que saber siempre que llegar al centro de Xativa en coche es dificil. Ian nos dio buenas instrucciones pero nos costo un poco. Hay que dejar el coche y moverse andando.

Por dar alguna pequena queja, falta de sitio para colgar ropa, estaria bien que tuvieran mas perchas

L’ubicació, que té aire condicionat i a prop pots aparcar.

Cons:

Presenta secador, però si tens el pèl rull t’has de portar el secador amb difusor.
