Apart from arrival - grea stay
Pros:

Great location, comfort and facilities...loved the pool.

Cons:

Like other Booking.com experiences the location on Google Maps in incorrect ,resulting ina 1km walk ona Friday night 9pm and a frustrating reception experience. Also turtles and parrots by the pool need better care!

It was a scam. Don‘t waste your monney

Nothing. Haven’t even see the room.

Cons:

Don‘t book it! It‘s a scam! The security guard told me I should contact the owners. Texted them on Whatsapp. No aswer! So I booked another Hotel. Later at night they answered I can cancel for free. Since then I haven‘t heard anything. Will not get my money back.

1階のセキュリティーで受付してからセキュリティーと一緒に1703室に行きました。室内にオーナーがいて全て英語で説明を受けました。ルームキーは、暗証式の番号キーです。Wi-Fiは口頭で入力しました。デポジット3,000ペソ（チェックアウトの時返金）を手渡し、受取も無く、説明書も無く、普段は紙物が当然有るのが無いと不安になりました。良かった点は、Wi-FiがGoodです。PCで仕事のメール確認やLINEでのTVコンタクトもGoodです。無料のミネラルウオーター18Lが有るのでGoodです。買い物は近くに雑貨屋とセブンイレブンが有ります。NGはコンセントが少ない、シャワーの水量が弱い・バスタブにお湯を入れようとしたら蛇口からお湯が出ない・蛇口の代わりにシャワーで入れるとなかなかお湯がたまらないので断念しました。遮光カーテンでは無いので朝明かりが気になる。壁が薄いので隣の部屋の音（掃除機の音やテーブルを動かしたときの音）がきになりました。
この部屋の利用は、多少は英語ができないとNGです。
前もってのパスポートのコピーが必要です。セキュリティーでのチェック用です。

Pros:

The location is not comforable as much as we thought. The kids who stay nearby hotel stare at you for still your money. So please be careful. There doesnt have many rastrurants. However the host is very kind and he want make you know Philippines as much as local people.
