Lovely experience
Pros:

The facilities are really nice and family friendly. Breakfast was abundant.

Cons:

One of the double beds was an open sofa bed and wasnt flat, so not the most comfortable, nonetheless, it suited us well for a room for 5 persons.

Great stay in the north!
Pros:

Rooms were big, quiet, clean and comfortable. Location was lovely, a lot of good restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Not much options for breakfast. Hotel is nice, but not as perfect as it seems in the pictures. (obviously this is just my opinion)

Buen hotel sino quieres estar en el meollo de la ciudad
Pros:

Ideal para familias con niños pequeños, apartado de la ciudad, con lo cual es muy tranquilo. Buen desayuno y debajo hay un restaurante con terraza al lago. Patos y gallinas por el jardín que a los niños les encanta y parque infantil y piscina.

Skandal i nic więcej. Absolutnie nie polecam!!!!.Zostałam okłamana przez obsługę hotelu. Pierwszego wieczoru zorientowałam się że suszarka w pokoju jest zepsuta i natychmiast zgłosiłam to na recepcji. Dostałam informacje że następnego dnia ktoś to załatwi. Każdego dnia chodziłam na recepcje pytać o suszarkę i cały czas byłam zapewniana że ktoś to załatwi a chwilę później obsługa znajdowała milion powodów żeby jednak suszarki nie naprawić. Pisałam również do nich na booking i whatsapp i nikomu nie chciało się odpowiedzieć. Przedostatniego dnia recepcjonistka dała mi do telefonu managerke która po chwili mówienia po angielsku zaczęła coś gadać po albańsku. Było to bardzo niekulturalne. Naprawdę nie rozumiem jak można tak potraktować klienta i bezczelnie kłamać. Nie wiem jaki jest problem pojechać do sklepu i kupić suszarkę. Z problemu który można było rozwiązać pierwszego dnia zrobiła się awantura. Próbowali mi jeszcze wmówić że dostałam lepszy pokój niż ten który zarezerwowałam. Nie jest to prawda bo rezerwowałam duży pokój który ma 45m. W dniu wymeldowania poprosiłam o częściowy zwrot pieniędzy i nagle usłyszałam że ktoś przyniesie mi suszarkę. Nastała godzina wymeldowania i suszarki nie zobaczyłam. Nikt nie zamierza naprawiać tej suszarki ani kupować nowej więc info dla przyszłych gości - uważajcie na pokój nr 219.
Poza tym wszystkim, widziałam włosa w ogórkach na śniadaniu oraz byłam świadkiem jak jakaś kobieta (prawdopodobnie sprzątaczka) przyszła do miejsca gdzie jest serwowane śniadanie i zaczęła łapskami robić sobie kanapki oraz dotknęła chyba wszystkie możliwe kromki chleba.
Na tym nie koniec. Nad basenem jest wyraźny zakaz skakania do wody, a obsługa tego nie respektuje i nie pilnuje. W pewnym momencie z 10 osób skakało co chwile do wody a wokół biegały dzieci. Nie jest to bezpieczne ani komfortowe dla ludzi wokół.

Pros:

Es war so gut dass wir um eine Nacht verlängert haben. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Cons:

Das WLAN war nicht gut. Die meiste Zeit ist der Router abgestürzt und wir hatten sehr schlechten Empfang

Ottimo family hotel! Super consigliato.. unica cosa è da verificare però l’ubicazione della stanza: senza ascensore port

La varietà degli spazi era considerevole. Si poteva mangiare dentro all’hotel, in riva al fiume, in mezzo al verde o in una saletta separata con giochi per bambini. Avendo una bimba ho apprezzato molto il parchetto giochi, le piscine (in particolare quella per bimbi) e la grandezza delle stanze.

Cons:

Bisognerebbe specificare che per accedere alle camere è necessario fare le scale, perché se non specificato io mi aspetto un ascensore. Soprattutto per i bagagli

Cons:

Avevo prenotato una camera e invece sono stata alloggiata in un bungalow in una zona camper. Per raggiungere l'hotel dovevo attraversare una strada con molto traffico e purtroppo questo rumore di macchine si sentiva anche la notte e non si poteva dormire.
Nel bungalow non c'era l'asciugacapelli ho chiesto in reception ma mi hanno risposto che siccome avevo prenotato solo per una notte non valeva la pena darmi il phon.
Il pranzo secondo me e' un po costoso con camerieri che spesso si dimenticavano di portarci quanto richiesto.
