The only good thing was that it was clean and the restaurant is very good.

Cons:

First, I specifically chose a room near the lake to enjoy the peaceful experience of staying there. However, when I arrived, I was placed in a different room above the restaurant, which was very disappointing. I asked to change rooms, and the receptionist said she would check the possibility, but I never received any update.

At reception, I offered to pay in lek (the local currency), but the receptionist informed me that they only accepted euros. I said I would exchange the money and come back with euros. The next morning, while I was leaving to exchange the money, another receptionist stopped me and said I needed to pay the pending amount. I explained that I was going to convert it into euros because I had been told lek was not accepted. She then said that they did accept lek. However, when I tried to pay in lek, she said it had to be the exact amount because they had no change, and since I did not have the exact amount, I needed to pay in euros instead. In the end, I had to exchange the money and pay in euros.

Regarding the room, the shower was terrible and sprayed water everywhere. There was no bath mat to step on after showering. The bathroom smelled very bad, like sewage, and the space was extremely small.

Cons:

Manque d'équipement dans la salle de bain : absense de porte serviette, de porte savon, porte manteau et odeur insoutenable de canalisations.

Bad room smell
Pros:

View was nice and breakfast was very good. Good scenery.

Cons:

The room had a very bad smell. It was unbearable and had to change rooms the next day. When asked they gave us a room spray as if they expected it. Other rooms also had this smell as we booked 2 rooms but ours was very bad.
The room had no water bottles, kettles or any coffee or tea bags. They didn't even allow us to eat anything in our rooms and told us we had to come down to the cafe.
There were also no toiletries including shampoo or soap. There was only hand wash.
On the outside looks excellent but the facilities inside are very questionable.
