Molto molto bello! A saperlo prima ci si può fermare due giorni e spezzare la visita a Efeso in giorno e il museo l’altro. La struttura è nettamente sopra le aspettative. Personale gentilissimo, colazione super ecc ecc si può dire solo molto bene

We loved the staff, the pool and garden area and Ephseus was a highlight, one night was not enough

I loved the character and design of the hotel and the old town and streets near the hotel have great restaurants and local artisans,

The only negative thing which is very small us that the beds were a bit hard

Un lugar maravilloso
Pros:

Es un hotel boutique excepcional. Cuidan todos los detalles y nuestra estancia fue perfecta. Está cerca de todo lo que debes visitar en Efeso y al final del día, un baño en la pisina, que es hermosa, te anima a terminar el día con un poco de vino o una cerveza. Magnífico y recomendable.

Akanthus felt like a secret hideaway. Gorgeous rooms and common spaces. Lovely small pool. Delicious breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. Really special place.

Excellent stay
Pros:

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days and it was excellent. The service, breakfast, housekeeping, rooms, towels etc. All thought through to make our stay enjoyable. Complimentary water and tea was available all day. And it was a nice touch. Breakfast was excellent. We were eaten by mosquitoes on our first night. The second sun went down they came in an army. Bring moscato spray if you want to sit outside after sundown.
Location is walkable to restaurant row/city center.

Very charming property. Beautiful interior courtyard with small pool. Coffee and Tea and cake served free all day - very relaxing, inviting place to sit and relax after hiking through Ephesus and St John's Basilica. Other drinks, alcoholic and nonalcoholic, available for purchase. Very convenient location. Staff was excellent. Very helpful booking airport transfers and transport to the Virgin Mary's House, Ephesus, and back to hotel. Probably we paid a bit of a premium over bookings we might have done ourselves, but the convenience and ability to have the hotel take on the responsibility was worth any extra cost at the end of multi-week first visit to Türkiye. Room was comfortable with appropriate amenities - coffee, tea, bathrobe, slippers, toiletries. Breakfast with eggs to order, fruit, yogurt, cereals, juice - all the standards, quality high. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

I have no complaints. There are stairs - if a traveler has mobility concerns check for availability of ground floor lodgings.

Relaxing, clean , helpful staff and forever my hotel.
Pros:

The manager and staff were amazing. As so as we stepped in the outside doors and was closed you felt so,so relaxed. They even have an area outside bar as you just grab what you want sit and drink by pool and it’s an honesty box. Pay when you leave. Large spacious room and beautiful aircon. Lovely breakfast and coffee.

Cons:

Just so relaxing and felt like I was just going about my business in my iwn house. I’ve been to a lot of hotels and this is top two. Staff are amazing too.

Akanthus is like a dream oasis. Every detail has been thought of. An enchanting pool, soothing background music, wonderful breakfast, afternoon coffee and cakes, and friendly staff and owner made the place feel like home. Would love to return!
