Pros:

This was a beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous too. We were so sorry we had to leave. We would absolutely stay there again!!

Just over a year from our previous stay, we've been back to Selçuk and to the local 'hospitality gem' of AHE. As before, it felt just familiarly perfect! Harmonious integration of traditional architectural elements and functional facilities; the communal indoor and outdoor areas provide a calm and relaxing environment to enjoy the tasteful breakfast or an evening drink while absorbing the ideal setting; the spacious room and bathroom with shower, tastefully decorated, with tec support to satisfy the most gadget-orientated guest, a fridge, kettle and the comfortable bed. But AHE won't be the same without the truly exceptional hosts: meeting old and making new friends made our stay an unforgivable experience once again. Your friendly, warm, discrete, professional help and passion for sharing cultural insights to appreciate the beauty of your region and culture won't be forgotten. A heartfelt thank you to the owner, Muharrem, the manager, Soner, and anybody at AHE. We look forward to the next time.

Sehr gepflegtes kleines Stadthotel. Mit Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Klassische Musik beim Frühstück entspannt und hat Stil. Frühstück mit hausgemachter Marmelade war gut. Ohne Kosten standen Kaffee, Tee und Kuchen ganztägig zur Verfügung.

I am refreshed and grateful to have found this gem of a hotel.
Pros:

Akanthus Hotel is a gem! A beautiful environment inside and on the outdoor poolside patio. Spectacular views and welcoming staff who cared for my every need. The atmosphere is peaceful and serene and feels like an oasis to come back to after each day of exploration of the history, culture and spirit of Ephesus.

Cons:

I cannot imagine how it could be better. Everything from beautiful architecture, delicious food, impeccable service, and serene ambience added so much to my experience of Selcuk/Ephesus.

Happy with our stay, would stay again.
Pros:

Conveniently located in the town centre of Selcuk just a short walk off the main road so it was quiet and easy access to a lot of restaurants. Hotel staff had kindly arranged to have breakfast earlier for us such that we could eat before catching our day tour. Clean and spacious room, and the bed was not too soft.

Pros:

The breakfast is very good and there is afternoon snack and coffee provided every day. The room is spacious and very clean. A good location to travel to sites like Esphesus and Pamukkale. There is no elevator but the staff are helpful in moving your luggage to the rooms at upper floor.

Don’t think twice…you NEED to stay here!!! Amazing stay
Pros:

We stayed on a lot of hotels on this trip and this is by far the best we stayed at. What a great surprise and experience once we got there. This place is so cute, well maintained, clean and most importantly so peaceful! We loved it so much that we didn’t want to leave. Staff is also incredibly friendly

Struttura molto curata e confortevole, staff gentilissimo, colazione super.
Camera arredata molto bene e curata nei dettagli. La parte esterna con i divanetti, la musica jazz in sottofondo, i tavoli sotto l’ulivo e la vasca turchese…. un’oasi di relax! Mi è piaciuto tutto molto, ci tornerei più che volentieri
