Guter Einstieg in Japan. Basisausstattung, sauber, aber ein wenig teuer.
Pros:

Die Lage war top. Zimmer ganz oben mit Blick auf den Kanal.

Cons:

Schwierige Klimatisierung bei Katen Außentemperaturen.

Pros:

想吃宵夜時，出來就有 Lawson，再走一點路就可以到超市，並且還有達美樂，機能好、便利。
到大設施也方便，附近有地鐵，但最方便的是出來就有個公車站牌可以快速到博多站。
往北走一小段也可以很快到運河城。

Cons:

雖然整體的整潔度很好，但稍微蹲下整理行李時就會發現地毯的塵埃味很重。或許這部分可以再加強點。

雖然離地鐵有點距離，但走路5分鐘內就有公車站跟Lawson，環境很清幽睡覺品質很好

Einfaches Zimmer, sauber und in toller zentraler Lage
Pros:

Ein einfaches Zimmer mit bequemen Bett. Einwandfrei sauber und vor allem eine tolle Lage. Man kann alles zu Fuß in Fukuoka erreichen
