また利用してもいいと思える施設でした。大変お世話になりました。
Pros:

ロケーションは申し分ないですし、スタッフの方はどの方も感じが良かったです。外国籍の方が多く利用されている施設のようで、その点も慣れていらっしゃる感じを受けました。

ゴミ袋にビニル袋かかかってないことが数度ありましたが、申し出るとすぐいただけました。

電子レンジ、冷凍室有りの冷蔵庫等ミニキッチンがありますが炊飯器はありません。ご飯はお鍋て炊くか、パックご飯を利用するといいです。

Cons:

4泊しましたが、この程度の連泊の場合お部屋の清掃はないとのことでした。自分で掃除機くらいはかけたい気持ちになりました。（貸出があれば嬉しいです）

備品について4点。
1点目。2人1室でしたがハンガーが2本しかなく不便でした。一応持参しておいて良かったです。
2点目。
テーブルの脚がガタついており、本を脚にかまして利用しました。
3点目。
洗濯機がお部屋の中にあるのはいいのですが、蓋が壊れていて使う時にコツが必要でした。
4点目。
TVのリモコンが利きにくかったです。電池切れが近いと思います。

Value for money in Hakata
Pros:

It provided a good value for money option relative to other hotels in Hakata. Having a washing machine was a bonus to do laundry easily while on holiday. The staff were friendly and the amenities were good enough.

Cons:

It is a bit of a hike to the nearest subway station, especially if you have luggage.
