Pros:

Location is excellent! Staff were very kind and helpful. The room is small but was everything I needed so not a problem at all. I couldn’t adjust the room temp but when it hit warm I opened the window to let in cool air (not sure how this works for summer since I was there in early April). Check in was quick. I was able to leave my bags in the lobby in my last day as I had several hours between check out (10am) and my flight home.

Cons:

The bed was extremely hard. The pillows were too. The room smelled kind of sour-maybe the wood +humidity? I thankfully bright a small noise machine because I could hear someone banging around in an adjacent room without it-loud enough that it would have kept me up.

渋谷のざわつきはなく周りが静かで、エントランスも入りやすい感じ。良い意味で気の張らないホテルでした。外国の方が多かったように思いました。

Amazing location. Walk to everywhere. Shibuya scramble, shopping, cafes, parks etc. Family mart directly across the street.

Cons:

The room had dirty walls. We never had any room cleaning/ bins emptied/ fresh towels the entire stay. We had to collect fresh ones ourselves and emptied out bins ourselves.

Facility was great, staff is rude.
Pros:

I loved my cozy little room!

Cons:

The staff was so rude! My key card was disabled when I left for coffee, and they took the disabled key card instead of reactivating it, and just has someone else let me into my room. When I went to check out, the same guy pointed at the machine… which you need a key card to checkout. While we were discussing this he answered the phone and shoo’d me away.

Pros:

Excellent location, wonderful room, comfortable bed. Good to have a minifridge.

Cons:

The bathroom didn't have any lights (it was in a glass room so the lights came in from the hallway) and it was a little hot at night. No view from the window.

Location was excellent, right in the heart of Shibuya easy walking distance to everything you need!

It’s also very quiet.
