Property was easier to find

Cons:

Washing machine and dryer where very outdated considering the price you pay would expect there to be adequate washing and drying facilities bed was a traditional Japanese bed Mat okay if you are after that style but for the price I was not keen on sleeping on a mat. yeah and the blanket barely even covered my body so was extremely uncomfortable trying to sleep

Wonderful location, great vibes

The staff were wonderful. It was very quiet and relaxing. in a great location, so easy to walk to everything.

Cons:

The beds were a little on the firm side and hard to get into the second single bed.

Excellent value right near the heart of Shibuya.
Pros:

Great location, very helpful staff and easy check-in. Hotel was clean and modern. There's a family mart right across the street and a cafe on the second floor so you don't need to go far if you need absolutely anything. The AC was right over the bed which I enjoyed (it bothered my partner).

Cons:

Room had a slightly off smell that reminded us of a wet dog when we checked-in. The table/chair felt forced for how small the room was - would work fine for a single individual but our room was for two. The AC was right over the bed which bothered my partner (I liked it).

Pros:

Closer to city junction

Cons:

Too small and congested. Not enough towels pre organised have to go and get it. Breakfast not starting at 7am if you have early plans then no point in planning for breakfast. Resturant open at 8am. Not too much options in menu. But food served was exceptional

Really good location. Clean comfortable rooms if a bit small. Friendly helpful staff.

Cons:

Breakfast were good but limited. Only three Panini choices. Given that we were there for four nights and it was a bit repetitive.
