Karabag Hotel

The staff was very helpful. The hotel location is within walking distance from the bus station as well as the castle.
The staff went out of their way to find some affordable travel accommodations to Ani since the usual bus does not operate during the COVID pandemic.
Overall, it was a nice 2 night stay.

some staff were friendly and my stay was ok - free parking is only when you manage to find a spot on the street.overall the hotel was a bit tired but to be expected as its cheap - its in a good location for the main high street

Otel personeli sorunlar karşısında gayet ilgili davrandı. Otelin konumu çok iyi, şehir merkezinde her yere yürüme mesafesinde.

Odalar agır sigara kokuyordu, perdeler pisti yerlerde toz obekleri vardı, valizimizi açıp yerleştiremedik butün misafirler şikayet ediyordu

5 katta kalorifer yanmıyordu. Sıcak su ise çok ama çok geç geldi. Velhasıl kelam hasta oldum :)

Ideal for a city trip, close to main city attractions

The staff were very helpful with with suggestions for getting to the ruins at Ani and good restaurants. A plain hotel room but very clean.

Dört kişilik aileyiz ancak bize 3 adet tekli yataklı bir oda verdiler. Halbuki bir yatağın çift kişilik olması gerekiyordu. Oda duvara bakıyordu, havasız ve dardı ve çok pis kokuyordu. Kahvaltısında nerdeyse yenilebilecek tek bir malzeme bile yoktu. Hayır ucuz bir otel de değildi ama nasıl böyle kötü olur anlamadık. Tek iyi tarafı merkeze yakın olmasıydı.

I have rated this hotel as above average mainly because it was very good value for money. It is a little shabby and could do with refurbishing, but it has everything you need, and is ideally placed for shops and tours to Ani and Çıldır Lake. I stayed 2 nights, before boarding the Doğu Express train to Ankara. The train station is a short taxi ride.
The manager speaks German, and the other staff speak some English. The staff are very friendly and will do everything to try and help you.
Breakfast is good... typical Turkish buffet style.
Overall, average but comfortable enough, but with lovely staff and, for what I paid, very good value.

O Karabag Hotel fica numa região excelente, os funcionários são todos muito receptivos e solícitos, a cama é confortável e as roupas de cama e banho são limpas. O café da manhã não tem larga variedade mas é tudo fresco e gostoso.
Não é um hotel de luxo mas atende bem e é muito econômico.

Estou em trânsito, hospedei-me por um dia mas resolvi acrescentar mais um dia e visitar as igrejas armênias de Ani que ficam a 45 km de Kars.
A equipe do hotel é muito agradável e oambiente é acolhedor.

繁華街の中心近くで便利でした。
アニ遺跡への公共バス発車場所にも近いです。少し設備は古いが許容範囲です。

Great location and terrific staff. There is, however, a truly horrible woman (cleaning staff, I believe) who screeches into her phone in the early morning, and despite repeated attempts to quiet her, she just continues screeching. Hopefully you won't encounter her at this otherwise terrific hotel!

Terrific place! They don't have a laundry in-house, but were helpful in showing me where to go to have clothes washed down the street.

Otel personeli gayet iyi. Ancak tuvalette tuvalet kağıdı asacağı yoktu. Su ısıtıcı ve buzdolap için piriz yoktu. Uzatma kablosu istedik sorunu öyle çözdük. Banyo da sabun ve şampuan koyacak yer yoktu, yere kıymak zorunda kalıyor insan bu da hiç uygun değil.
