Pros:

Don’t let the neighborhood fool you, it is after all Africa and it is inside a gated compound, very safe. It is a brand new place that still has a few kinks to work out. Like installing shower curtains. The apartments are very spacious and comfortable.
Great value for the money. Recommend having a car, but doable with local cabs. Be sure to call ahead for directions, even though they have signs up, they are easy to miss. Natty, the manager, was very helpful and doing a wonderful job. We would definitely stay there again.
