Страхотно местоположение, уникална гледка от стайте, чистотата, басейните бяха топли и приятни, но се усещаха много препарати

Цялостно персонала се държеше прекалено надменно, дори обсъждаха хората и кой какво се купил и така нататък, единствено персонала на рецепцията бяха мили и възпитани. Персонала в ресторанта бяха адски високомерни, по време на закуската и вечерята масите(отвън) не бяха приготвени с прибори, храната беше еднаква и в малки количества,напитките се заплащаха отделно и цените бяха адски високи. Аниматорката в детски кът нямаше никакъв опит с деца и не знаеше какво да ги занимава и се обличаше прекалено провокативно за работа с деца.
Цялостно не бих казала,че този хотел заслужава 5 звезди, не беше нищо особено.

When something was done, there was rarely a replacement. Coffee machines not working properly and space around the buffet was not large enough for guests to feel comfortable.

Една и съща всеки ден.

Cons:

Единия от басейните беше много мътен .Източваха го 2 дни. Другият беше със счупени цедки на дъното и стърчаха винтове за закрепването им. Сина ми се поряза и след това и една жена пострада. Общо Взето 5☆са им много.
