Exceptionnel séjour
Pros:

Nous sommes revenus passer 7 nuits dans cet établissement. La literie ferme est très confortable, le personnel d'étage ou à la réception toujours souriant, gentil et professionnel. La chambre au 8ème avec belle vue sur les gratte-ciel était de bonne superficie avec un grand bureau et une salle de bain bien pensée. Les nombreux extras gratuis très appréciables (soupe délicieuse servie entre 21h et 22h, les glaces à disposition après les bains, qui sont beaux, propres et agréables à toute heure, les machines à laver gratuites avec sèche-linge à prix dérisoire et ultra efficace). L'emplacement est l'un des meilleurs à Séoul pour tout visiter facilement. Mille mercis pour ce séjour inoubliable.

L'emplacement, la propreté, les services annexes (repas gratuits le soir, le onsen)

Cons:

Le lit est vraiment trop dur à mon goût.
J'ai eu beaucoup de mal à dormir. J'ai dû demander des couvertures supplémentaires afin de dormir au dessus de la couette (rendant le lit légèrement plus moelleux)

De locatie in gezellige, levendige ('s avonds vooral) buurt.
Niet ver van metrostation.
Heerlijke, smakelijke Ramen na 21.00 uur.
Ijsje na afloop van het bad.
Bij Starbucks enz (alles vlakbij) kun je als ontbijt sandwich eten en koffie drinken (handig voor wie aan een klein, westers ontbijt genoeg heeft).

Cons:

De spa is inderdaad heel klein (maar omdat er alle keren maar een paar mensen waren, groot genoeg).
Er zijn daar 5 douches (3 zittend douchen en 2 staand douchen).
De badkuip in je kamer is heel klein,. (maar als je naar de gemeenschappelijke spa gaat, heb je die badkuip toch niet nodig).

Overall, I felt comfortable and safe during my stay.
Pros:

The staff, especially the two male staff members, were very friendly and always smiling.
The location was also convenient, and we could walk to Myeongdong. However, the area on the way from the station felt unsafe.

Cons:

I noticed that the room wear had pilling and looked worn out.
It was great that the hotel had a public bath, but I was concerned that the water looked cloudy

Pros:

Ons verblijf was zeer aangenaam. Alles was heel hygiënisch en de kamer werd elke dag netjes gepoetst. De kamer zelf was ook ruim en comfortabel.
De ligging van het hotel is echt perfect.
Het personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam
Er waren ook heel wat faciliteiten waar je gebruik van kon maken, wat zeker een grote meerwaarde is tijdens je verblijf.
De producten van het hotel zelf waren van uitstekende kwaliteit

Het enige kleine minpuntje was dat het ontbijt vrij vroeg sloot

とても快適
Pros:

無料のドリンク、夜鳴きそば、アイスと日本と同じサービスが受けられ、スタッフも日本語が堪能でとても快適でした。

Cons:

3人で泊まったので仕方ないですが、もう少し広さがあると助かります。室内に姿見など鏡が欲しいです。
