立地最強、スタッフ丁寧、サービス充実。観光や出張等、コンパクトな旅にはおすすめ。
Pros:

徒歩圏内の明洞、地下鉄で聖子、狎鴎亭などの地域、金浦空港にもアクセスが良い立地。
徒歩圏内にも著名な観光名所やカフェなどもある。
日本語対応のスタッフの接客が丁寧。
夜鳴きそばや、チェックアウト後から帰国の飛行機の時間まで荷物を預かってくれるなど、細かいサービスが行き届いている。
部屋も清潔。

Cons:

特に無いが、広い部屋が良い人や充実したホテルステイを求める方には不向きかと。
帰って寝るだけなら十分です。スタッフも丁寧で安心感があります。

Hotel delizioso proprio al centro di insandong, ben curato ricco di servizi vari tra cui: sauna dotata di tutto il necessario, vari prodotti per gli ospiti gratuiti( macchinetta con bevande calde/fredde ad accesso libero; banco con gelatini a disposizione degli ospiti), servizio di pulizia delle camere efficente e personale gentilissimo. Colazione molto varia sempre in stile asiatico ma con alternative anche per gli europei. La sera viene offerto anche un rinfresco con ramen

Forse i cuscini era un po' duri e piccoli; la camera comoda ma non eccessivamente grande

日本語が通じて安心。夜鳴きそば、ウェルカムドリンク、無料アイス、無料の洗濯機などサービスが良くて最高でした。部屋も静かで落ち着けました。

Cons:

廊下が少し匂う瞬間があったことくらい。ほぼ悪い点はないです。

施設の設備は良くて、快適でした。

Cons:

フロントでの対応、いい加減なこと言わなて欲しいです。荷物がチェックアウトあと、翌日まで預かってもらえないのは、分かりました。ですが、次のホテルに行けば、宿泊前日から預かってもらえばいいなどと、次のホテルななついて、分かりもしない事を言うのは、やめてほしい。大変困りました。次のホテルでも断られ、ソウル駅の荷物預かりを案内される結末でした。

清掃員の方に、チェックアウトで部屋を出るなり、通路で何度もしつこく部屋番号を聞かれました。周辺2〜3部屋の範囲内の話なので、いちいち声をかけずに、自分で見ればと感じました。部屋はきれいに使わさせて頂いたので、なんだか汚く使ってないか、疑われてる気分になります。

O melhor de Insadong!
Pros:

O hotel é maravilhoso - elevou o nível de nossa estadia em Seoul, não poderia recomendar mais!
A localização é fantástica, está numa rua calma e tranquila, cheia de lojas artesanais, de cerâmica, artes, roupas. Uma graça! A menos de 5 minutos dali, há uma rua repleta de bares e restaurantes, que fica muito animada à noite, além de Ikseon Dong, que é uma área muito gostosa de explorar, cheia de lojas, cafés e restaurantes. A onsen, merece um capítulo a parte: muito bem estruturada, com chuveiro, sauna seca, banho gelado, armários e secadores (Dyson). Além disso, há sorvete, café e macarrão todos os dias para os hóspedes. O café da manhã era coreano e com algumas opções ocidentais. Staff muitíssimo gentil, solícito e educado. Estávamos com um grupo de mais 3 amigas e todas elas amaram o hotel! Não escolheria nenhum outro lugar para ficar em uma próxima viagem, senão aqui!

Cons:

O quarto apesar de pequeno, atende as necessidades. Os travesseiros são um pouco duros, poderiam ser mais confortáveis. Senti falta de uma touca de banho. Os elevadores são bem lentos. No mais, tudo fantástico.
