Le personnel très serviable, aimable, à l’écoute et disponible.
Le manque d’ustensiles de cuisine.
Fermeture tôt de la piscine.
It was perfect for us.
Nothing.
Goede, leuke ligging. Prijs kwaliteit echt top.

Albergo pulitissimo, curato, servizio Spa eccellente, ristorante ottimo, piscina bellissima e staff fantastico! Un ringraziamento a Choon che ci ha curato un tutto! Ritorneremo!
Andare via!!
The pool was beautyfull. We loved to go there in the late afternoon after returning from the temples. Most of the time, we had the pool for ourselves. So no issue to find a sun bed :) Location was convenient, on walking distance of Pub Street and the River Night Market. Breakfast was good, with sufficient options, warm & continental. Staff was overall very pleasant. Room was spatious and the living room was enormous.
The boy at the poolbar (intership) was friendly & helpfull, but it would be easier for communication if he learned a bit more English.
We stayed here on our visit to Siem Reap. We are a family of 4 visiting from London.
We opted for a 2 bedroom suite. The room was exceptionally spacious, mini kitchen unit and rooms of either side. It was bigger than most apartments in London!
The location of the hotel was great. It was close to the centre but away from all the noise (from around Pub street). Just a ten minute walk to the centre and also close to the national museum. Very nice breakfast, great rooms and swimming pool. The staff is so friendly and helpful. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant a couple of times. It wasn’t busy but the food was really nice (and we tried a few different dishes).
We also had a massage twice. It was very reasonably priced and better than the ones we had in Phnom Peng.
A true gem of a hotel in Siem Reap.
We can’t wait to visit Koulen again!
Great location, close to the centre but away from all the noise (from around Pub street). Just a ten minute walk to the centre and also close to the national museum. The property is absolutely beautiful and exceptionally well-maintained! It has all the amenities you could possibly want, and the staff is amazing. All the staff was excellent but of particular outstanding service I’d like to mention Salorn at the front desk and Ratha in food service. They both went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing stay and they are exceptional staff members! There is no question that we will stay at this hotel if and when we return to Siem Reap!
There is nothing to dislike at this property! It’s all excellent!
A place of peace and tranquility, you will find Koulen Central Mall and Hotel to be maximum value for your stay in Siem Reap. This location is close by to the strip while not far from food gems and fruit stalls. Secret: Also one of the best steam room sauna and plunges you can find in Asia.
Thank you for Bossaba, Phour, Chivit, Nita, Vichara, and the rest of the large hotel staff for making our stay wonderful and accommodating. We will be back!
Well located good size rooms
nothing
Had a fantastic experience at Koulen Hotel. Very clean and comfortable, remarkably spacious apartment (we had a two bedroom apartment for a family of four, teenage children). Breakfast was high quality, had options of freshly cooked omelettes or noodle soup each day, in addition to regular buffet. Our staff were exceptional (Savoeut, Stey Lorn, Chhon and Dika). They were extremely friendly and helpful, always looking for ways to make our stay enjoyable. Massages werereasonably priced and good quality, gym had decent equipment and pool was pleasant. Overall very good value and convenient location. Would definitley stay again.
Very nice pool. Comfortable rooms. Super nice staff especially Bo and Salon in the reception and Rathah at the pool were super helpful and very friendly.
Nothing.
We stayed 4 nights, I really wish we had planned for more, absolutely loved this place, Its very well located in the nicer end of town near royal park and gardens but still only 15 mins walk to Markets and Pub street, (we explored a lot and not always TukTuk everywhere).
There is a huge modern supermarket nearby and a modern mall right next door (Heritage Walk) and the awesome Made in Cambodia craft market is only 5 mins away
The rooms are massive, spotlessly clean and very well presented, our 3 room suite was bigger in meters than our House is!!
Breakfast is Excellent, a beautiful buffet spread with a Chef there ready for extras, there was something for everybody.
The stunning pool and tiki bar is a must on those hot afternoons, especially after trips to the Temples, Its just as nice in the late day rains that come in rainy season
The staff are what made our stay extra special, you are looked after like royalty as soon as you walk in the door, they were always smiling and attentive in every engagement, 10/10, I would say its as good service as I have had anywhere in the world.
I hope I get the opputunity to return, my best Holiday in years.
Everything.
We had 3 weeks travelling around Cambodia and Vietnam. This stay was our luxury option and it lived up to expectations.
We stayed in room 201-203 which was a 3 bed, e bath apartment. Great set up for 5 of us.
Pool was great and we always managed to get a sun bed.
We had 3 massages each whilst there as well. Approx £15 for an hour.
Breakfast was included and there was always plenty of choices and loads left over each day so it never ran out.
You can walk to Oub St/old Market in 15 minutes but with tuc tucs costing €2 dollars to go anywhere within Siem Reap, it was easier just to grab one.
Special mentions to Boleap on reception and Hun in the spa. We wish we could remember everyone's names as there were no bad staff, which in a country that prides itself on hospitality, they really stood out as a credit to the hotel.
Nothing. Tried hard to think of something but we couldn't find any negatives.
We got the family room which was large and spacious. Nice facilities and excellent breakfast. Staff is attentive as well.
Family room had a kitchen but pretty much nothing available unless you asked (pots, pans, soap, towel…).
