Pros:

The room is big and the terrace is a big plus, the location of the hotel is great

Cons:

The pillows are horrible - not comfortable at all!
And the spa was quite a scam - only a sauna operating for 5 hours a day

Super Lage in Schwabing mit vielen Restaurants und Läden in der Nähe, gute Anbindung an die Öffis. Englischer Garten in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen
Bett sehr bequem
Solides Frühstück
Großes Zimmer, gut isoliert

Cons:

Keine Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen
Fenster kann nicht geöffnet werden und die Lüftung hat in unserem Zimmer nicht funktioniert

NUR für Rucksck-Gäste geeignet. Prken am Hotel ist völlig unmöglich.
Cons:

Als ältere Menschen (> 80 Jahre) benötige ich einen Tiefgaragenplatz im Hotel. Dies hat über 10 Jahre funktioniert.
Ich hatte ein Platz angemeldet. Dieser Platz wird zwar nicht garantiert, aber es hat ja bisher immer funktioniert. Dieses Mal gab es keinen Platz. Unter keinen Umständen. Das ist für uns alte Kunden ein KO-Kriterium, deshalb mussten wir stornieren und unter Stress ein passendes anderes Hotel suchen.
ALSO, dieses Hotel ist aus unserer Sicht nur für Rucksack-Gäste geeignet, denn ein Parken des Autos in der Nähe des Hotels ist VÖLLIG unmöglich.
Deshalb NIE WIEDER diese Hotel. Sorry.

Sehr geeignet für einen Städtetrip
Pros:

Das Zimmer war geräumig und ruhig gelegen. Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Stationen Giselastraße und Münchner Freiheit mit den Linien U3 und U6 (wenn nicht gerade bei der U-Bahn gestreikt wird). Das Frühstück bietet eine angenehme Auswahl.
Auch der englische Garten ist nicht weit entfernt.
Wir waren schon öfter in diesem Hotel und haben bisher nie schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht.

Sehr schönes und ruhiges Hotel in ausgezeichneter Lage mit ÖV-Anbindung in unmittelbarer Nähe. 1+
Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegen, U-Bahn Station in der Nähe.
Frühstück reichhaltig, auch wenn mal etwas mehr Betrieb war.
Schöne, stimmige Einrichtung, auch mit kleiner Bar neben der Rezeption.
Personal super nett. Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer Richtung Innenhof.
Dusche war ein Highlight, da kam Wasser wie aus dem Feuerwehrschlauch.

Cons:

Da gibt es wenig meckern. Vielleicht die etwas zu kleinen Türgriffe bei Dusche und WC. Mit den Teilen klemmt man sich fast die Finger ein.
Das ist aber schon Jammern auf hohem Niveau.
