Tolles, modernes Hotel in Schwabing
Pros:

Tolles Hotel, modern, gute Infrastruktur. Lage (nahe Englischer Garten) für jns ideal.

Cons:

Personal eher unfreundlich bis desinteressiert. Zahlung der Zimmer wurde vor Ort verlangt, obwohl diese bereits via Booking bezahlt wurden. Kreditkartenbelastung wurde zwar irgendwann wieder storniert, kommuniziert wurde dies aber nie, nichtmal beim Checkout wussten die Mitarbeitenden, ob jetz alles klar ist. Preisleistung bzgl. Frühstück kritisch.

Great location with some small adjustments.
Pros:

It’s in an incredible location, everything you could need is nearby. Amazing restaurants, the health food store, cafes, English Garden. If you book the garden view it’s very quiet. I slept well once I rolled up a towel under my neck because the pillows are so thin.

Cons:

Only single bed duvets blankets are provided. The doors are very heavy so when cleaning is done in other rooms, there is loud slamming for hours. No mini-fridge, no coffee maker or kettle but they provided a kettle when requested which was great.

Great position. Walking distance to do much. Plenty of cafes, bars, shops. Have recommended it to friends already!
Pros:

Rooms very clean. Well appointed. Shower was exceptional.

Cons:

An extra couple of pillows for selection would be appreciated. Some of us like to sleep with 2 or 3 pillows and as I was a single traveller I was only given one. The staff were happy to give me a second one when I asked

Pros:

Breakfast well priced and diverse, had an option to forgo making up the room in exchange for a 5€ voucher. Room sizeable and well thought out and very functional. Easy walk to old town, lots of traditional food near by.

Pros:

The room was spacious, and having a private sauna inside was an absolute highlight of the stay!
The location couldn’t be better - just a two-minute walk to the subway and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and bakeries.
To top it off, the breakfast was good, and the staff were incredibly patient and helpful

Cons:

If I had to suggest an improvement, I would love to see more variety in the breakfast options.
