Es war das schlimmste Hotel in dem ich je war! Wir mussten unser Urlaub unterbrechen und sind gleich am nächsten Tag nach der Ankunft ausgecheckt! Das Hotel ist alt und schmutzig.
Als wir ankamen war das Bad dreckig, die duschgels angebrochrn und Haare an der Badewanne. Trotz unserer bitte das Badezimmer gründlich zu reinigen geschah nichts. Aber es wurde noch schlimmer.....
Das Wasser war braun! Die Mitarbeiter wollten uns mit voller Kraf davon überzeugen, dass das Grundwasser derzeit unrein ist und sie das Wasser mit Chlor bearbeiten. 1. Konnten sie das verschmutze Grundwasser nicht nachweisen, 2. hatte die Chefrezeptionistin uns bestätigt, dass das unreine Grundwasser mit Eisentabletten und Chlor gereinigt wird und somit kein Trinkwasser und auch kein Wasser zum waschrn sei.
Es war der reinste Horror, die meisten Mitarbeiter waren unverschämt, nachdem wir uns wegen dem Wasser beschwert haben.
Das verunreinigte Wasser war bereits vor unserem Check In bekommt, trotzdem wurden wir nicht darüber inormiert..... ein Albtraum der zwar nach 24 std ende war aber trotzdem zu lange war...

Terrible left first thing after breakfast the next day. Terrible value for money

It had a beach and a pool

Cons:

Parking on the street was the first greeting. I don’t park in a 4 * hotel after giving them advance notice and park on the street. Room was small, balcony fit 2 chairs only. No food out of Main meal times so if you arrive after lunch you go hungry .Food was limited 2*, and the queue was like being at school . choice of beverages was limited and served in paper cups. No out of plastic as you would expect by the pool. Coffee and sweets were available 17:00-18:00
Meal times as follows:-
Breakfast 7.30-10am
Lunch 12.30-2 pm
Tea time 5-6 pm
Dinner 7.30-9 pm
I was informed on an all inclusive that I could use my credit cards and buy other things from the vending machines in the foyer. It’s the first 4 star hotel i have ever been in with those facilities. Pool and beach swamped no sun beds available at all.

The view is excellent , but every thing else is Terrible Nobody in the Hotel speaks English , Arabic

1-The location is very far from the Airport, 2- No kettle in the room, no coffee or tea 3- The timing of meals is very near each other 4- The left is working very badly, the door closes in seconds so it closes while guists are entered 5- The internet is very very slow and not working inside rooms. 6- No clothes Iron available in the rooms 7- The design of the washroom and Bathtub is terrible and it's very narrow 8- No services inside rooms 9- the DJ sounds is terrible and doesn't give enough time to rest and sleep 10 - Nobody in the Hotel speaks English , Arabic or French only Turkish

Pros:

Overall good experience, the quality of food and drinks is average, I have seen better in Turkey for the same price. The facilities are nice, the pool and waterslides are great as well as the beach. The rooms are a bit small, the property is not walking distance from the city center. The staff is friendly and polite.

Klimalar sogutmuyordu. Hijyen ve temizlik yetersizdi. Odanın temizlenmesini istemememize rağmen temizlenmedi. Biten yiyecekler yerine yenisi gelmiyor.Tuvalette mideniz bulanacak kadar pis.Havuzlarda yosunlar vardı ve kirliydi. Çalışanlar çok iyi ve çalışkanlar fakat sabahtan geceye çalışan personeller vardı. Çalışanlar yetersizdi.Eşim, bir cocugumuz ve benim için 2 havlu verdiler. 3. Plaj havlusu verilmedi.İkinci oda anahtarı da istememize rağmen verilmedi. Odadaki havlular da plaj havluları da çok eskiydi. Yemekler lezzetli değildi. Özel plajı var ama halk plajiyla birlikte olduğundan güvenli değildi.Otel ile birlikte herkesin şemsiyesi vardi. İskele de çok bakimsizdi. İskelede ayağınıza kıymık batması çok olası. İskeleye bir zımpara attirsaydiniz bari. Otelin iskelesi otel dışından da kullanılıyordu. Misafirlerin ilettigi sorunlara otel yonetimi çözüm saglamadi.

So in a word, it was worst vocation of our life.

We don't have anything that we could tell you that we liked, on the contrary, this was our worst holiday that we have ever had and our recommendation for those who will be able to read this comment is not to decide to spend their holidays in this terrible place.

Cons:

The first reason is: the room has not been cleaned for 5 days in a row, also the bed covers have not been honored for 5 days in a row, for every day we encountered hairs in the food, the food was terrible, the same items were served to us for 3 or 4 days in a row, the service of the staff was zero, the air conditioning did not work properly, we did not have wifi connection as it was presented in the reservation. So in a word, it was the worst vacation of our life.
