Pros:

Frühstück und Auswahl sind ausreichend, nur wer räumt die Tische ab? Überall war gebrauchtes Geschirr auf den Tischen. Hat was von einer Mensa wo alles liegen bleibt. Die Leute sind alle sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Trotz allem gerne wieder wenn es sich ergibt

Cons:

Der Einstieg in die Dusche ist wirklich eng. Und eben das viele gebrauchte Geschirr beim Frühstück.

Grossartiges eingespieltes Team, Reception und Restaurant
Pros:

speziell bleibt mit in Erinnerung, dass nette Personal im Abend Restaurant, wie auch beim Frühstück. Ebenfalls an der Reception wurde herzlich empfangen und die Hilfsbereitschaft war perfekt. Gerne wieder!

Falls wir wieder einmal in Tramelan sind werden wir wir wieder dieses Hotel auswählen.
Pros:

Vor einigen Jahren waren wir schon einmal in diesem Hotel. Es hat uns sehr gefallen.

Cons:

Kein Kommentar. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

nous avons dû faire une halte dans cet hôtel pour nous reposer, le confort était un peu faible
Pros:

Personnel très gentil et accueillant

Cons:

(Je fréquente généralement des hôtels plus onéreux donc mon avis n’est peut être pas totalement adapté à un établissement plus modeste)

Chaleur très lourde et difficile à supporter dans les chambre, sans climatisation et fenêtre qui n’est pas censé être ouverte (sortie de secours).
Équipement minimal parfois absent (pas de réfrigérateur notamment).
Bâtiment et décoration très laids (sculptures presque effrayantes).
Pas de réception la nuit.
Lits terriblement durs, on se réveille avec le dos douloureux (hôtel à éviter pour les personnes ayant des problèmes de dos).
Mauvaise isolation, on entend tout et surtout le bruit des stores des autres clients.
Petit déjeuner limite honteux…

Je tiens tout de même à louer la grande gentillesse du personnel qui est serviable et très agréable.
À part les défauts cités l’hôtel est correct.

Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen, die moderne Architektur hat mir gut gefallen, das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Essen hat gut geschmeckt, mir wurde ein Raum für mein Fahrrad zur Verfügung gestellt.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können es guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt ruhig, kein Verkehrslärm, es besteht eine herrliche Aussicht auf die Umgebung und Tramelan. Der Service ist rundum super gewesen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war excellent, das Personal ausnahmslos super freundlich, die Terrassen schön gelegen, das Essen im Restaurant vorzüglich, alles prima.

Cons:

Der sonst guten Ausstattung des Einzelzimmers (Kaffeemaschine, Wasserflasche, Apfel etc. ) fehlte ein bequemer Lesesessel. Es hat zwei Plasticstühle im Zimmer, beide eher unbequem zum längeren Verweilen.
