Solo el hecho que estaba al lado del IMG donde tenía q buscar a mi hija.

Cons:

El trato del personal decepcionante! Pedí q por favor me guardaran unos packs de hielos reutilizables que tengo para refrigerar unos medicamentos que transporto conmigo en todos los viajes y se negaron. El mismo Manager llamado Carlos fue muy descortés con su respuesta. No tenían porque hacerlo me dice, explicando que ya lo había hecho en otros hoteles desde hace más de 1 semana. No lo hizo, el refrigerador de la habitación no funcionó y pedí q lo cambien, ya q tenía q refrigerar los medicamentos, trajeron otro refrigerador más grande q ocupaba mucho espacio ya en la habitación que era justa, me la trajeron muy sucia con restos de comida podrida y con moho. Mi reclamo fue más vehemente hasta q tuve q llenar al mismo gerente desagradable a mostrar como me habían entregado el refrigerador. Realmente una pésima experiencia y no recomiendo a nadie este lugar. Pésima atención!!
