Decepcionante!! No recomiendo ni volvería!

Solo el hecho que estaba al lado del IMG donde tenía q buscar a mi hija.

Cons:

El trato del personal decepcionante! Pedí q por favor me guardaran unos packs de hielos reutilizables que tengo para refrigerar unos medicamentos que transporto conmigo en todos los viajes y se negaron. El mismo Manager llamado Carlos fue muy descortés con su respuesta. No tenían porque hacerlo me dice, explicando que ya lo había hecho en otros hoteles desde hace más de 1 semana. No lo hizo, el refrigerador de la habitación no funcionó y pedí q lo cambien, ya q tenía q refrigerar los medicamentos, trajeron otro refrigerador más grande q ocupaba mucho espacio ya en la habitación que era justa, me la trajeron muy sucia con restos de comida podrida y con moho. Mi reclamo fue más vehemente hasta q tuve q llenar al mismo gerente desagradable a mostrar como me habían entregado el refrigerador. Realmente una pésima experiencia y no recomiendo a nadie este lugar. Pésima atención!!

It was very good for a quick last minute getaway, very spacious and clean. Love it.
Pros:

Very spacious, clean, love that two rooms had two beds each in the three bedrooms villa.

Cons:

The ceiling started leaking from the above villa, the faucet was loose in one of the bathroom and one of the rooms the rack for the closet was broken.

I will not be returning to this hotel

Location was okay.

Cons:

Staff is nice except the ones who are working breakfast. When checking in, getting to the room it had a funky smell there was a lot of things broken. The refrigerator was not working either. The toilet seat handle was broken, along with the self in the shower was hanging on by literally a thread. There was what seems to be rust or mold on the railing of the door in the restroom. Lastly when checking out I got charged $40.00 for breakfast (was not told when I got there it was not included in the $300.00) I already paid for one night. I would have understood $40 if the whole breakfast was available but the moment we got down there was no waffles no pancakes barely any sausage my mother an I asked if there was another batch coming out an they told us there is no more and where not making any. Overall I will not be staying there again.
