The location is amazing!

Nette keurige grote appartement met alle voorzieningen

Verwarming kon niet uit, terwijl het hoogzomer is. Echt veel te warm binnen. Heel jammer want verder een mooi apartement. Erg schoon. Niet overal gordijnen. Als beheer zorgt voor betere kussens/gordijnen/dat de kachel regelbaar is, zou dat alles zeer veel aangenamer maken.

Zentrale Lage, grosszügige und saubere Zimmer.

Parkplatz konnte nicht per E-Mail reserviert werden und das WLAN funktionierte leider auch nicht.

I arrived at the address at about 3pm to find the entire place locked and with nobody in sight. I called the number on the door to be told that the number was out of service. I sent emails to both the "hotel" and booking.com but did not receive answers from either.
Eventually after waiting for 2 hours I left and went to an actual hotel I could check in to.
Avoid like to Corona virus.

Innenstadtnahe Appartements, die Zimmer zur Straße sind nichts für Ruhebedürftige. Die Rezeption war entgegen der Aussagen auf der Webseite nicht besetzt, wir mussten anrufen, und eine halbe Stunde warten, bis jemand kam, um uns einchecken zu lassen. Das gebuchte, ruhige App. war dann jedoch noch nicht geputzt (nachmittags), das Ersatzapp. war dann zur lauten Straße hin. Einige technische Mängel im App. deuten darauf hin, dass vom Personal nicht genau hingeschaut wird. Das Frühstück im Café Sapperlot war gut, aber mit 12 € pro Person nicht gerade preiswert. Resumeé: die Appartementanlage halt nicht das, was auf der Webseite versprochen wird, aber es ist preiswerter als im Hotel.

Ligging midden in het winkelgebied en de kamers zijn ruim, nette badkamer en heel fijn is de keuken met alle gemakken.
Wij hebben meerdere hotels geprobeerd hier in Aachen en nu voor de tweede keer in domapartmemts.
Gewoon weer een top weekend gehad voor een mooie prijs dus voor dit is ons vaste hotel.
Ook zeer geschikt met kinderen.

This place is awful. No services of any kind. No cleaning, no wifi, no tv-programmes. No parking during the night.

Friendly and helpful reception, clean and comfortable. Position is also good close to the center. Excellent value for money.

zentrale Lage, jedoch sehr laut. Teilweise abgenutzte

Good points: spacious,well-equipped apartment, very bright thanks to the very big windows with nice view of the church and centrally located (but the neighbours were very dubious -see below).

All the rest was a disaster:
- screaming people kept us awake all night long (they did not stop singing and yelling until 6am);
- service was awfully bad, had to fight to get a 2nd toilet roll for 3 people/2 days, no second key thus no possibility to enter separately, very basic German, very unprofessional attitude (employee called me "senorita" though I was very formal and cold towards him), constant misunderstandings/absence of service; no possibility to pay with card at the end and employee was lost as to whether the payment had been made/how it could be made;
- no parking at the hotel, the only one was the one of C&A where they did not accept cards, closed at 9pm on Saturday evening and no reopened until Monday, gave no receipt whatsoever and only accepted 20 EUR bills (not 50 EUR!!);
- sheets had stains and holes in them, very bad quality pillows (pity because the bed was big and confy);
- tab was broken and running.

All the good stuff was there, expensive equipment, bed, tv, clean & modern etc, but 1 fork, 1 cup, 1 bowl & a light not working in the bathroom. Plus we were told when we needed an iron we’d have to wait at least an hour. So the hard stuff was done, it was the easily solved, quick wins by staff that failed. Great location.

Das Apartment war super sauber und neu. Leider keine Klimaanlage und wenn man das Fenster Nachts auflässt ist es leider sehr laut.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war am Anfang etwas holperig (lag wahrscheinlich an Corona). Das Cafe war nicht offen - also kein Frühstück. Das sollte auf der Webseite up-to-date gehalten werden.

入室する時に必要な暗証番号がシステムの関係ですぐもらえなかったが、非常に親切な対応でした。大きなショッピングセンターもすぐそばで便利でした。アーヘン駅からは、徒歩圏内ですが、あまり目印になる建物がないので、Googleマップが便利かもです。

Sehr späte Anreise ohne Probleme war Möglich und super wie immer.

Hôtel comme neuf , propre , modern, confortable et très proche du centre.
Il manque juste un double vitrage pour diminuer le vis à vis avec les appartements en face.

Ich hatte Kenntwort vom Internet nicht.
In mein Zimmer war keine Papiertücher

Reception was always closed, and I was not able to check in. Since I had just come from out of the country, I was not able to call the cell phone number posted to the locked reception door. I had my very tired and jetlagged children with me waiting in the cold for someone at reception. It was a nightmare. Eventually we stayed elsewhere. Emails with the hotel after indicated that checking in involved showing up during the tiny window of time reception was actually open. Terrible service.

Schoon en heerlijk hotel. Vriendelijke receptie. Onze auto goed kunnen parkeren. Heerlijk kunnen winkelen, lekker uiteten geweest. Goed bed dus ook goed geslapen.
