Comfortable and relaxing
Pros:

Organised, clean and spacious room. Polite and very helpful staff.

Cons:

Location far from any beach, temple, etc. and the roads are busy early morning till 10PM or so.

They're scammers, not helpful at all. The staff were useless. When I called to ask them about the payment they told me in broken English that, there is no need to pay now and we can make the payment after reaching there.

Then they cancelled the booking saying we didn't make the payment. Then they told me, the room is available but I have to make a higher payment.

When I demanded to know why they cancelled my booking after they insisted that I make the payment after reaching the hotel, they said they will check and call back. Didn't receive any call back from them. I had to repeatedly call and they kept on declining my call. Had to call from another number and then they picked up and told me that the room is no longer available.

We were two women travelling alone. We were stranded at the railway station in the middle of the night because of their greed to make more money.
