Toller Spabereich, Nächte können laut werden.
Pros:

Vielfältiger Spa Bereich, reichhaltiges Frühstück und sehr saubere Zimmer.

Cons:

Heizung hat in der Nacht gepoltert, sodass zwischen 2 und 4 Uhr an Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Bei der " Meldung" mit Videobeweis am nächsten Morgen, wurde mir kurz das Bedauern für den Vorfall ausgesprochen, eine Entschädigung für die kurze Nacht war aber nicht drin.

Cons:

Von unserem Zimmer musste man mit dem Bademantel durch das Restaurant zum Zimmer laufen. Das Personal hat nicht gut mit uns kommuniziert.

Wir hatten uns unsere Wohlfühltage angenehmer vorgestellt.
Pros:

Die Auswahl und das Angebot beim Frühstück war ok. Das technische Geräte ausfallen kann immer vorkommen, leider konnte keine alternative bei den kalten Frühstücksgetränken geboten werden.
Schwimmbad angenehm sauber.
Toller Barbereich mit einer großen Auswahl an Getränken.

Cons:

Es sollte nach Buchung ein Superior Komfortzimmer sein.
Sauberkeit im Zimmer.
Bett und Gardinen waren in einem erbärmlichen Zustand. Noch nie hatten wir ein Bett (Boxspringbett) in einem so schlechten Zustand.
Nachttischlampe defekt, konnte innerhalb unserer Übernachtungstage nicht behoben werden.
Brausekopf der Dusche defekt. Wenn Seifenspender angeboten werden, sollten diese auch funktionieren.
Spa Bereich; für die Anzahl der Gäste, war der Ruheraum viel zu klein. Keine zusätzlichen Handtücher im SpaBereich.
Nicht unbedingt ein Negativpunkt, aber zu beachten, wir haben unsere Fenster in der Nacht geschlossen, da das Hotel direkt an einer Hauptverkehrsstrasse liegt.
