Location was perfect for our needs. Good value, comfortable, quiet, easily accessible from Heathrow terminals 2 & 3. Great breakfast.

The food in the restaurant was of a very poor standard.

The pizza was like soggy cardboard, the chicken tenders were burnt and it was difficult to find a clean table, even though the place wasn't busy. We ended up cleaning a table ourselves. Then wasted the money on the food. We should have packed our own snacks
