The location is excellent in terms of the accessibility of all Heathrow terminals via the Elizabeth line, and the "tunnel" to the hotel from the station makes trundling one's luggage easy. Hotel design is elegant, the room comfortable in terms of layout, plugs for devices, temp, etc.. The breakfast is lavish and tasty. Had dinner in the hotel restaurant/bar; it was well-cooked and delicious. Definitely value for money, and the most comfortable hotel I have stayed in for a very long time. Will visit next trip, for sure.
I cannot think of a thing--it was excellent. The staff with whom I interacted were attentive, pleasant, and courteous, and they accurately supplied all the information I asked for re. how to get to Terminal 2 free on the Elizabeth line, thus saving me the money for a shuttle bus.
