Categories

Cleanliness
9
Multiple reviews explicitly note clean, quiet rooms with comfy beds; cleanliness is consistently praised.
Service
8.2
Staff are frequently described as friendly and helpful at check-in and in the restaurant, though there are isolated reports of a grumpy waiter and unclear shuttle/bus guidance.
Location
9.5
Location is repeatedly described as ideal for Heathrow with superb, easy access to terminals — a primary positive in many reviews.
Room Quality
8.8
Rooms are noted as comfortable, spacious enough, quiet, with good showers and bedding; overall room comfort is strong.
Amenities
7.4
Mixed mentions: good breakfast service but negatives include no fridge in a room, unclear shuttle/bus pickup points, lack of luggage carts by the passage, and a paid short-term drop-off charge.
Value for Money
7.6
Many guests find the stay good value for an airport stop, but complaints about a £7 short-term drop-off charge and high prices for drinks/food reduce perceived value.

Breakfast is frequently praised (good English breakfast and wide variety); restaurant offers good choices though some note expensive drinks/food.
Overall Experience
8.1
Overall sentiment is positive — many say they'd return or always choose this hotel for overnight Heathrow stays — with a few operational issues tempering perfection.

A perfect overnight stopover at Heathrow airport
Pros:

I always choose this hotel when spending an overnight at Heathrow airport. I know what I'm getting for a good price. It's easy to get to with easy access to all of the terminals. A very comfy room. Quiet. A good shower. Good choice of meals in the restaurant. A great breakfast to set you up for the day ahead. Friendly check-in staff and friendly staff in the restaurant.

Cons:

Nothing. It always lives up to my expectations. I can't think of anything that would have made my experience any better. I'll always keep coming back.

Good value convenient stay
Pros:

Easy access to Terminal without using further transport. Good brekfast included and served from very early to cater for early flights.

Cons:

Signage to hotel. Sign for Crowne Plaza was much bigger that for Holiday Inn so missed it the first time and had to turn back.
