Great airport stay
Pros:

Easy to reach T4 by using the Elizabeth Line and a short walk to the hotel. Takes about 10 minutes straight from the hotel to Departures so it's brilliant to make your flight relaxed. Very clean. Hotel meals and drinks quite pricey but that's the norm. However a £99 room rate with breakfast included I thought was really good. Breakfast is great - so much choice from cooked to continental. Would definitely stay again.

A good surprise before our flight home.
Pros:

Sleek look to the building and rooms; once you pass the old scary walking bridge from the terminal to the hotel. The staff was welcoming, the rooms very modern and the service in the lounge/bar was top notch. Super convenient to the Tube/Terminals. We did not get to partake of the free breakfast but it looked very good. Other than dirty silverware in our room, we enjoyed the quick overnight stay and would use again.

Cons:

There was VERY dirty silverware in the coffee set up in the room, I was surprised at the oversight of leaving a spoon with remains of prior use in the coffee cup. Other than that we give it thumbs up!
