The view from our room overlooking the airport was nice and the bed was comfortable.
Not many non pork meat options for breakfast.
All went well just as we expected, no surprises! Year after year, clean and comfortable.
Comfortable room with everything we needed. Very convenient for Terminal 4. There were two queues at check-in but a third desk was opened at once and the queues quickly cleared. The woman who checked us in was very welcoming and helpful and efficient. We did not stay for breakfast but it was nice to have a complimentary breakfast had we wanted one.

The fact you have to pay to unload a car. It should be 10 minutes free not pay for 10.

Check in went smoothly as did checkout. No issues with room. I did not eat any meals--passed on free breakfast. I was at the end of a hiking trip and all I wanted was a good night's sleep and quiet.

Location perfect for an early morning flight from Heathrow - especially if flying from T4. Varied and plentiful breakfast which is available from 5am 🙂
The bathroom could have been a little bigger.
