Great hotel right outside of SUNY Oneonta.
Pros:

Breakfast was good and was a typical hotel breakfast. The hours were convenient for us. The room was a good size and the bathroom was very large. Everything was clean and well taken care of.

Cons:

The ice machines did not work on any of the floors. The reception desk was able to get us ice from the kitchen, but that was quite awkward with our water bottles.

Nice hotel but difficult to find in the dark. Very dark and little street lights as it is rural.
Pros:

Nice comfy king bed.

Cons:

Location very difficult to locate in the dark. There was no pillow or bedding for the sofa bed.

Overall it was good. Montana that works the desk is a very dedicated employee

Never Again.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable. Linens were clean. Towels were well stocked in the bathroom.

Cons:

Only 2 tissues in the tissue box in the bathroom. The carpet smelled from mildew. My request for a higher floor was denied, even after being a frequent guest in this hotel. There were "freddy kruger" finger prints all over the interior of the elevator. ONLY ONE ELEVATOR WAS OPERATING my entire stay. When asked for 1/2 &1/2 for my coffee, I was told they are all out. The ice machines were not working on my floor, I was told to go to another floor, only to be told there was no ice available in the entire facility. The staff were not friendly. There was never a proper greeting or acknowledgment from any staff member entering or leaving the building. So very disappointing. And I am a IHG member. I will NEVER stay at this location again. I am a person who works at a 5 star resort. And I know how I want to be treated and respected. That did not happen here. Though, I will say the kitchen staff at breakfast were friendly and very helpful.

Pros:

The property was in a great location, convenient to my son’s school and to shopping. Parking was close to the entrance.
