Worst experience I've had at a Holiday Inn
Pros:

The room was clean. We always choose Holiday Inn for the cleanliness and in the past, proficient staff.

Cons:

We booked for 6 people for two nights and were given 3 towels for the stay and told there were no extra towels to be had. No towels at all for the pool. The people above us were very loud and it sounded like a football game was being played above us at 1 am. The advice from the front desk was if we were that worried about it to call the police.

Nice visit to see family
Pros:

The location was perfect for our stay to visit family. The beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was fantastic!

Cons:

The air conditioner seemed to kick off automatically when we would leave the room so it was always warm when we would get back to the room after our day out. It did cool off quickly, tho.

Pros:

The beds were comfortable. The pillow options were nice having a soft and firm pillow. Those shower was very nice with good water pressure. Overall the experience was great. The staff was phenomenal. They were very friendly during the check-in and throughout the day. I would definitely recommend this property. It was very surprised to see how great everything was.

Nice hotel

Cons:

I did not like that they charged me $25.00 for checking in early when they had a room available. Total rip off. The lady at the front desk first told me there were no rooms available. So I said we would sleep in our car until the room is ready. We went to leave and she says oh I have 4 rooms open????? then charged me $25.00 for early check in. Not very happy about that.

Don’t waste your money. Management don’t care
Pros:

Facility itself looks very nice and had they cared about their guest it could have been a great experience.

Cons:

Air didn’t work. Nobody ever came to see about it. They said it needed to be warmer for it to come on. That’s ridiculous. Half the breakfast food was gone and not replaced and what was there was cold. Not good at all. Got down the road and alerted I was charged 55 dollars for having bbq stains on a washcloth. I have filed a complaint with the corporate office
