Pros:

Un ottimo Hotel del quale ho apprezzato, in particolare, la disponibilità dello staff.
Ottima posizione, l'hotel si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dal porto dal quale partono le crociere.
Le stanze sono un po' datate ma sono perfettamente in linea con il prezzo competitivo, per me vanno più che bene.

Very outdated hotel.
Pros:

Not far away from the center of town.

Cons:

Needs a lot of tlc. Paper-thin walls, all noises herd. Next to a very loud bar.

Pros:

We stayed at the Keystone for one night because we had a glacier cruise the following day. It was essentially our only available option, so we had to book it, despite the price being far from good value for money.

On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful. There was free parking, and they kindly allowed us to leave our car in the parking area during the day after checking out, which was very convenient. Breakfast was included in the price. It was quite basic, but perfectly adequate.

The bathroom was clean, and we appreciated that extra shampoo and conditioner were provided. The sheets and pillows were also clean, and there was carpeting on the floor.

Cons:

The property appeared quite run-down and poorly maintained. The building is essentially made up of container-style units, and the soundproofing was extremely poor. We could clearly hear the guest next door snoring, and there was also considerable noise from the ventilation fan, even when the heating was turned off. Pipes were running underneath the ceiling, which made the room feel more like a ship’s cabin than a hotel room.

The room itself was very small, with no bedside tables, and the furniture was quite old. The windows had double glazing, but they did not lock.

Overall, the biggest issue was the price compared with the quality and condition of the property. In our opinion, the rate was simply not justified by the accommodation provided.

For us, this was a place to stay out of necessity rather than choice. It may work as a last-resort option if you need to spend a night in Valdez and there are no better alternatives available, but we would not consider it good value for money.

Buona opportunità
Pros:

In posizione perfetta per raggiungere il porto di Valdez. Prezzo giusto. Colazione molto basilare ma comunque con tutto il fondamentale.

Cons:

La stanza per 4 è davvero piccola. Ma se si sta tra amici che sanno adattarsi si può fare

卫生极差，有虫子，床貌似都没有换床单，有别人的毛发和血渍。和前台说了也没有任何行动。甚至第二天连浴巾都没换 。地漏也是堵的。

We had a comfortable stay in Valdez; highly recommend!
Pros:

Location was perfect for walking around Valdez. The staff-especially Brandon-were very friendly. Room was simple and small but the beds/pillows were comfortable. Excellent water pressure and 24 hour coffee:)
