Loved it

Absolutely loved our stay here. This was our honey moon and it couldn’t be better the suite was gorgeous with a balcony and the most stunning views. The staff speak English and Portuguese and were friendly and helpful and more than you could ask for, and the food was delicious, best selection of local produce you could ask for. We loved our stay here and will definitely return.

Room was clean and spacious.
But no furniture except a bed, very small desk and one chair.

No safa , only one chair for 2 guests.
When I stayed at the room, I had to seat on the bed while my friend sit on the chair.

Half of room was totally empty.

Petit soucis lors de notre réservation qui a vite été résolu par le personnel d’accueil. Séjour au top. Personnel parlant français. Le Spa (sauna, hammam, jacuzzi) est génial et nous avons pu le réserver (privatisé) 2 fois sans soucis durant notre séjour (1nuit) et compris dans le prix de notre chambre. Très bel piscine. Lieu qui invite à la détente avec une vue magnifique et apaisante sur le fleuve. Très bon restaurant, copieux, même si certains plats et assaisonnements manquaient de justesse (notamment le risotto qui baignait dans du jus insipide). Bon petit déjeuner.

We had a view of the river from our room. This hotel is in a beautiful rural location. It’s a little out of the way but you won’t go wrong having dinner at their restaurant, the food was delicious. If you are looking for peace & quiet this is a great location & hotel.

The location is beautiful, with stunning river views that were definitely the highlight of our stay. However, the reception experience was underwhelming—there was no one to welcome us, and we had to search for staff. While they were friendly and smiley, the overall atmosphere didn’t feel particularly welcoming. It might have been a language barrier, but the lack of engagement continued throughout our stay. No one even asked how our visit was upon checkout, though that seems common these days.

The room itself was spacious, but the bed felt small for the size of the room. Some maintenance was needed—dirty bins and the WC brush could have been replaced. Breakfast was adequate, considering the low number of guests, so while the buffet was minimal, it was enough.

Parking was fine in winter, but I could see it becoming an issue during peak season. Overall, the setting is fantastic, but the hotel could improve in terms of hospitality and upkeep.

Lovely location and excellent staff. Rooms and hotel areas kept very clean. Breakfast very good as was food in restaurant in the evenings. Beautiful views from room.

No geral é um bom hotel, limpo e com pequeno almoço bom, contudo o atendimento na recepção é ruim.

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel au calme, situé à 30 mn env. de Coimbra. Notre chambre, très spacieuse, donnait sur la rivière des deux côtés, donc vue sublime!
Chambre, salle de bains et literie très confortables.
Tout le personnel est fort sympathique, aux petits soins pour les clients.
Bon restaurant pour le dîner et petit déjeuner copieux.

This is an amazing place. A must stay! The location is just wonderful. By the way, the pool is brand new respectively new renovated now. The hotel is very friendly and helpful.

Não tenho como dizer algo de mal sobre este hotel. Tudo muito bom. O restaurante com muita qualidade. Valorizem os vossos funcionários porque merecem muito. Ambiente muito acolhedor. Voltarei certamente.
