A Great Stay with Room for Improvement
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again! The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, the staff was helpful and friendly, and housekeeping did a great job. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the breakfast was pretty good overall.

The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, the staff was helpful and friendly, A few suggestions for improvement: the breakfast items could be labeled more clearly. The omelet contained pork, but that wasn’t indicated, so I had to ask staff about it. They were very helpful, but clearer labeling and more egg options would be appreciated. The boiled eggs also weren’t peeled. The elevators were painfully slow during my stay, which was frustrating at times.

Beds were clean and comfortable; shower was very nice.

Cons:

Heavy sliding door in handicapped accessible room with inside door handle broken at one end. Only one chair in room. Strong perfumed smell to room. Two urns of coffee empty during breakfast. Would be nice to have some type of nightlight so that bathroom lights don’t have to be both on during the night.
