Modern and clean rooms, the staff who attended to us were very friendly and always willing to help us

The breakfast wasn't very good. They put out a little at a time, as if they were tearing it away from themselves.
We are also disappointed with one lady at the front desk (she has long purple hair). It was impossible to get anything during her shift. We asked for a BBQ set several times, she was just too lazy to go get it and she answered that they were unavailable (someone took them to the room). It's funny, who needs a BBQ set in the room, and when another worker replaced her, he brought it right away. We also asked for dry towels in the room - she did not have access, when other workers helped with all issues. I conclude that this lady was simply serving her working hours without much desire to work.
There is a lady at the front seat i can’t remember her name but she has checked me in twice at this location and she is a dream. She remembers that we come there to see our grandson and asked how he was doing and even likes to joke with me about taking her out on my boat. Her attitude is what keeps us coming back. All the staff are very helpful and accommodating. The rooms are always a very good size and they are clean.
The carpet in the hallways of the second and third floor could use a deep cleaning or maybe even replaced.
The area is good close to stores.
Breakfast could be better one waffle machine..I would've like a tub for bathroom but it was cool.
The room was spacious and the parking was easy
They had the ongoing construction which starts at 8am everyday including Sunday and they haven’t put that on booking dot com or anywhere
They say the pool is heated, but their answer to this is it gets heated by Sun lol
The breakfast is same every day and closed at 9am. 8.30am 50% of items are not restocked. Felt really angry about this. Overall very unpleasant experience
They had tons of information for our pet. Friendly staff.
Rugs in hallways and bedrooms are stained. Breakfast isn't good.
Stayed with them 3 days they never showed up to clean or change the sheet , towels etc ! I want to use a computer and they have 2 pcs in the main lobby none of them works they said both they are out of service !
