Don't Wear White Socks
Pros:

I have stayed at this Hampton Inn a few times. The last being March 2026. The last few times the room has had a filthy bathroom floor that is sticky to walk on. I told the front desk (as I did during our prior stay) about the dirty floor. The same response as before: "We'll tell housekeeping". I guess that doesn't seem to work to fix the problem.

So, I cleaned the dirty floor and soiled up some of the hotel towels.

The hotel is in a convenient location in Springfield. It is within walking distance to a grocery store, a few restaurants and a movie theater.

The room features were good and the breakfast was great.

The only thing keeping me from staying here again is the cleanliness.

Pros:

Everything was perfect except my family would not stop complaining because there was zero shower body wash. We had shampoo and conditioner but zero body wash in the shower.

Cons:

Clean. Nice people fluffy pillows. 😄 Pool

Pros:

the breakfast was amazing along with the breakfast staff. They kept everything filled and clean. Choices were fantastic.

Cons:

room was smaller than I booked and was told since I didn't book directly through the hotel and went through booking.com there was nothing they could do. Not sure why that was an issue as that is how most people book. Customer satisfaction and hotel members should count for something. I will not be staying again anytime soon.

Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. I had left a coat at the previous location in Belton and they helped by providing a number for us to call so they could locate and hold the coat for us. Linda who greeted everyone in the dinning area each morning was very friendly and remembered things we had talked about and when I wasn't feeling well, she made a special effort to get lemon tea and take it to my table then later asked my husband how I was doing. Very nice.

Perfect location, wonderful stay.
Pros:

I recently stayed 1 night here. The location was great, on a major thoroughfare of the town, quick on/off the highway, while being in a quiet area. Restaurants and gas stations conveniently close by. Everything was nice and clean, updated. The staff were friendly, helpful & personable. The included breakfast was delicious. Choices were numerous and varied. I thought the value was on target. The room was clean & perfect for my needs, well stocked with necessities, towels, etc. Staff were happy, willing to help with anything you might need. I'd stay there again and highly recommend.

Comfortable bed, but that was all.
Pros:

I didn’t eat the breakfast as I got sick during the night.
The mattress was comfortable, but the pillows were flat.
Room was clean except shower curtain.

Cons:

The bathroom was cramped and there was feces on the shower curtain. There wasn’t enough light in the room.
