Pros:

Love this hotel! Recently remodeled, great staff, great location and great amenities. Our bed was comfy, the AC was perfect, water pressure excellent and clean, clean, clean!!!!
Breakfast was great too. Lots of variety and refilled often.
Our go to stop when in Springfield. It’s #1 for a reason!

Great stay! Happy vibe!
Pros:

This is a great Hampton! Very clean, room was well stocked with plenty of towels, cups, coffee etc, - many Hampton aren’t. The breakfast was managed extremely well and with happy attendants. In fact everyone seems happy here, which is a sign of good management. Great to have gracious staff who really seem glad you’re there. Thanks for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend and will return!

Typical Hampton Inn high quality
Pros:

There was a considerable amount of unnecessary confusion and delay over the reservation at check-in - ALL of which was the fault of the motel.
However, once they figured out their mistakes, they handled it in a courteous and professional manner.
The entire facility and the room was typical Hampton quality making for a very enjoyable stay.

Good.
Pros:

Room was nice and clean.
The staff was very friendly especially the ladies working the morning breakfast making sure everyone was finding the things they needed with a smile on their face. A nice way to start a day.

Cons:

Over all everything was good. But there is really a need for more parking.
We came back to the hotel around 10pm. The only spot that was open was between two of the storage trailers. We certainly didn’t feel it was safe to leave our car parked there. After driving around the hotel several times a spot came open.

Location and staff were great. Hotel and our room was clean. The water pressure in the shower was absolutely Awesome for sore back muscles..

Cons:

Bed and pillows. Pillows were very used and very flat. Mattress too soft. I remember a time when Hampton had the best beds and pillows. One of the reasons we prefer Hampton Inns.

Good, Reliable, Standard
Pros:

Appreciated the nite light in the bathroom, nice breakfast, all standard Hampton Inn fare. Nothing out-of-the ordinary which is fine; reliable Hampton Inn.
