Comfortable, clean, no water again for at least 8 hours. Was not notified when they finally fixed it. Staff removed show

No water for the second time I stayed there. Staff took off shower heads for some reason and didn’t put them back on when the water issue was finally resolved.

Very comfortable bed & room & appreciated the nightlight.
Pros:

Did not have breakfast there.
Really liked the spacious room & bathroom.

Cons:

Tried to watch Amazon Prime but not abailable?? tv controller was difficult to get to work.

Horrible Desk Clerk
Pros:

I’ve always loved this hotel, but my latest experience was awful due to the extremely rude, condescending, hateful, sarcastic, and unaccommodating front desk clerk. I have never been treated like that at a hotel ever. She was one of the nastiest people I’ve ever had the displeasure interacting with, and the manager did not even care. This is an absolutely horrible way to run a business! I will not be returning to this hotel again.

Pros:

Beautiful lobby with bar restaurant off far right from entrance. Didn’t go there but looked nice. Little store area by lobby desk. Sadly no Pepsi products lol. Bed was comfy and room clean.

Pretty pricey - It was nicer than other hotel chains we stayed at but it was more than double cost so it isnt really worth it.
