This hotel is a great place to stay if you’re looking for comfort and convenience Located near MRT and BTS The rooms are clean, cozy, and great for vacation.The breakfast is another big plus, with plenty of choices to enjoy. There’s a nice mix of local and international food. Overall, it’s a lovely hotel with good service, a friendly atmosphere, and great value for a comfortable stay.

I cannot recommend this hotel at all. Hotel is quite outdated. Currently, there is construction work taking place at the hotel reception. The room and corridor are filled with dust, and I advise against sitting near the indoor cafe as you may be bitten by mosquitoes. The reality does not match the images presented. From 10 AM to 4 PM, there is persistent drilling noise due to ongoing refurbishment at the hotel. The Wi-Fi connection is very slow. However, the staff are friendly, and while the breakfast offered a variety of options, it was served cold.Booking.com website states breakfast end at 10:30, infact it’s 10:00sharp. Swimming pool is there, but there is no sun. Good advantage is metro is just next to next to hotel

The hotel is pretty close to the MRT which makes it convenient to commute. Being close to the city has its own advantages. The hotel is pretty good and well maintained. We observed some maintenance activity but that wasn’t disturbing during nights. The usual check in time is 2pm and we arrived very early. Yet the staff were very courteous and allowed an early check in which was a blessing since we were travelling with children . Overall its a pretty good experience

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious and had many choices — The staff were friendly and helpful Dream was helping me to get early check in.The swimming pool was beautiful, with a great view of the city, especially in the evening. The location was also convenient, close to Metro and Sky train. Also Central Ladprao Mall and Union Mall. Overall, it was a relaxing and comfortable stay.

This is my first time staying in this hotel but I was looking to book a room with them for a long time as its location is perfect for me, especially when Unionmall and Central Ladprao are my favorite place. The hotel is connected to MRT Paholyotin with only 2 mins walk. The bell boy greeted me and took care of my luggage and I am so thankful for that as I was on a call. The reception is packed but smell nice. There are many seating spaces at the lobby and a cafe. I would recommend this hotel for people who love to stay in the central of Bangkok.

I have stayed several times and I really like the location because it is close to Union Mall. Apart from the hotel rooms being very comfortable for resting after attending an event or fan meeting, all the hotel staff are also very friendly.

I stayed here in October 2025. The lobby is cozy and elegant. There is a 711 downstairs which is very convenient .The front desk is very attentive. Good service from Aui , Nine and Mook! 👍

I stayed at this 4-star hotel and honestly had a really good time. The best part is the location — it’s right next to the BTS and MRT, so getting around was super easy. There are also lots of shops and places to eat nearby, which I loved. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. I really enjoyed the breakfast too — so many choices, both Thai and international. Everything tasted fresh and good. Overall, it’s a comfy and convenient place to stay. I’d come back for sure!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect just a short walk to the shopping mall and BTS station, making it very convenient to travel around the city. The facilities on the 6th floor are excellent, including a well-equipped fitness center, a clean swimming pool, and a cozy restaurant with great food. I stayed at this hotel recently and I had such a pleasant experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel at home. The check-in was quick and easy, and I appreciated how friendly and attentive the front desk team was.

My room was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The bed was soft and I slept really well during my stay. Housekeeping did a wonderful job keeping everything tidy each day. I also enjoyed the view from my room which made the stay even more relaxing.

The swimming pool was one of my favorite parts of the hotel. It was clean, spacious, and not too crowded, so it was the perfect place to unwind. Spending time by the pool really added to my overall experience.

Stay here for a night for my bussiness trip at Sirikit National Convention Center. The hohel is in a very good location just less than a minute walk from phaholyothin mrt blue line and close to various shopping / foot areas.

Will come again.

Excellent service and great facilities such as pool and gym. Hearty breakfast. Currently renovating which wasn’t mentioned on the website.

The staff are friendly, accommodating and smile all the time, might just be thailand. I felt safe and comfortable staying here and it has the best gym I’ve ever used in a hotel, it’s on the 6th floor. The one complaint I have, is when it’s sunny, the flooring they use around the pool area, will burn your feet, bad, terrible material choice. I had to splash water around the area of my chair, but even that didn’t help much. Other than that, everything else was great, the buffet too is phenomenal, great price too and opene early.
