Pros:

Modern well decorated hotel. Great location for the Old Port attractions.

Cons:

Didn’t like the charge for parking and tipping valets. Had to phone the front desk twice to get refrigerator fixed. Didn’t include complimentary lotion as I fly with carryon only. Didn’t like housekeeping every other day. Had to call to have my trash and recycling bins emptied twice before staff arrived. I want to conserve energy and reuse my towels but the cool bathroom design was not functional. There was one hook for 1 wet bath towel and shower door rod was too small to hang the wet bath mat for it to dry. There was no ventilation fan in the bathroom and the towel bar for hand towels was also too small to hang wet towels. There was no backup tissue and only one bar of soap for two adults for 2 full days. The decor is cool but not functional for a bathroom.
