Awesome staff. Property is very clean. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Very pricey. Paid parking. If you have a large vehicle don’t bother bringing it. There is no place to park.

We will definitely stay here again when in Portland.
Pros:

Rooms were well appointed, comfortable and very clean! The breakfast was amazing as well. Close to Old Port with so many fun things to do and see!

Exceeded My Expectations
Pros:

I thoroughly enjoyed the AC Hotel Portland and cannot think of anything I would change. From the shuttle to the hotel (shout out to Gabriel), to the shuttle back to the airport and everything in between. The location, staff, my room, service, even my room's view, outstanding.

Cons:

Cannot think of one thing!

I really enjoyed my stay at the AC Hotel Portland and have already recommended it to some people.
Pros:

The service was EXCELLENT! From the front desk to the bar to the driver, the staff was professional, calm, and prepared to address all the needs and concerns that arose. The location was perfect; it allowed for easy access to a lot of the key things to do in the area, and beyond if you're a walker like myself. I would certainly consider staying there when I visit Portland again.

Cons:

Housekeeping was a little slow, but good nonetheless. I would like to suggest adding oat milk to the lobby coffee and tea station; many people do not drink whole milk or use the little creamers. One little thing, the lids in the room did not match the cups, so it was a challenge to try and have a cup of hot tea that stayed hot. Minor, but fixable.
