Merkezi konum, temiz, nazik çalışanlar.

Had a great stay, staff are approachable and helpful.
Pros:

Though only a block from Times Square it is very quiet.
Good selection at breakfast, needs another toaster.
Appliances in room very good.

Cons:

Lift access very slow, majority of guests use stairs, so lots of stair door banging.

A pochi minuti da Times Square
Pros:

Struttura posta a pochi minuti dalle stazioni della metro e vicinissima a Time Square e Broadway; presenti numerosi locali nei quali pranzare e/o cenare (a pochi minuti anche l'economico seven eleven): Colazione a buffet prevalentemente salata (hamburger e/o bacon sempre presenti con uova o frittata - verdura assente) che riesce a dare un grosso contributo per affrontare la giornata. Apprezzabile anche la possibilità di avere accesso a the o caffè in qualsiasi momento. Personale sempre sorridente, educato e disponibile. Stanze pulite ma a causa delle dimesioni pranzare o cenare approfittando del cucinotto non è semplice; è comunque un grosso aiuto considerati i prezzi di NY. Eccellente anche la possibilità di lasciare custoditi i bagagli il giorno della partenza

Devo purtroppo citare un inconveniente abbastanza inusuale che ha bloccato il mio 10 - la mattina della nostra partenza abbiamo lasciato nel loro freezer dei crumble-crispy acquistati in una nota catena, come regalo da portare a casa, Ne abbaimo lasciati 6 e ce ne sono stati restituiti stranamente solo 5, senza una spiegazione plausibile.
La camera è stata rifatta ogni giorno ma per 4 giorni su 8 abbiamo dovuto chiedere alla reception gli asciugamani in più.
Lo spazio adibito a sala colazione va sicuramente rivisto e organizzato meglio, ci sono solo 4 o 5 tavoli con sedie e fare colazione su un divano con tavolino basso non è assolutamente comodo.

Quarto menor do que o anunciado, anunciaram 24m2 e tinha apenas 11m2. Ar condicionado apenas portátil com tomada de ar pela janela, ou seja, não era possível fechar a janela e ter ar condicionado no quarto ao mesmo tempo, o ruído é o desconforto foram enormes.

If you can’t stand the noise of portable AC units… confirm before booking
Pros:

Super nice and welcoming staff, convenient location. Relatively quiet and clean outside considering the location where you turn the corner it’s already the busiest street

Cons:

AC is not functioning and portable units are temporarily installed in the rooms. They work well temperature wise but really noisy and gave me headaches…

Consigliato per rapporto qualità prezzo …e personale molto gentile
Pros:

Personale molto molto gentile e disponibile.
Colazione salata: a giorni alternati, omelette o uova strapazzate, bacon o hamburger, uova sode sempre disponibili, salse.
Colazione dolce: pancake ogni tanto, bagel con tagliabagel e tostiera disponibili.
Marmellata fresca di mirtilli, oppure scatolini di frutti rossi o frutta mista.
Mele e banane.
Disponibili scatolini di crema d’arachidi e formaggio spalmabile, burro ..
Succhi a di mela, arancia e frutti rossi.
Yogurt, latte fresco o aromatizzato in boccetti.
Caffè normale o decaffeinato, acqua naturale fresca, o acqua calda con bustine di tisane e camomilla, disponibile tu il giorno. Piatti, posate e bicchieri, usa e getta…è disponibile il contenitore per portare in camera i bicchieri senza rovesciare nulla. Non ci sono molti tavoli, ma il ricambio è molto frequente, per cui posto per tutti ce n’è.
Disponibile frutta essiccata: cocco, mirtilli, noci…poi semi di zucca, gocce di cioccolato….
Chi si lamenta della colazione, non capisco perché….forse perché mancano i waffel (noi avuti un giorno solo su 9 colazioni), e manca affettato e formaggio a fette …. Forse si lamentano di questo. Ma la colazione direi essere più che sufficiente eccome. Non si esce con la fame.
In camera non manca nulla: ferro da stiro ed asse per urgenze, microonde di dimensione esagerata con tantissime funzioni, macchina caffè americano, tostapane, lavastoviglie, phon per capelli, tv, e molte prese per ricaricare cellulari e batter.
Frigorifero e condizionatore funzionano molto bene. (Friggiti con cella che ghiaccia bene)
Noi usato per gelato, che gradivamo a fine giornata.
Doccia bella grande.
Specchio grande ed illuminato bene.
Servizio custodia bagagli ottimo, sia in arrivo prima del check in, che in uscita a fine vasca.
Alla sera era sempre presente il portiere, e questo dava molta sicurezza.
Bravissimo tutto il personale alla reception, e meraviglioso il sorriso costante di Sebastian.
Vicinanza alla metropolitana e zona Broadway, Times Square

Cons:

Terzo letto per mia figlia di 18 anni, molto scomodo….trattasi di poltrona letto apribile (troppo piccolo e materasso sottile…si sentivano le molle). Consiglierei di mettere un letto singolo quando si presenta la necessità patina terza persona….con materasso valido. La poltrona letto ha dimensioni per un bambino e non un adulto.
Quasi ogni sera, mancavano una o due asciugamani doccia, che gentilmente ci dava/no i ragazzi alla reception. (Consiglierei di dire al personale pulizie, di essere più attento). Stessa cosa con i dispenser sapone, balsamo e shampoo….terminati e dovuti richiedere in reception)
Pressione acqua della doccia, un po’ troppo bassa…ma acqua molto calda, ottimo.
Nonostante tutto questo che indico negativo, e’ andata bene ugualmente…ma la poltrona letto troppo scomoda.
Sarebbero utili almeno due sedie in camera, vista la possibilità di poter pranzare o cenare. Noi abbiamo cenato solo una sera per stanchezza…seduti sul letto.

Loved the kitchenette in the room, which is partly the reason we chose this accommodation. Also that breakfast was included with the rate (basic options and quality, but grateful). Room had great air con levels good for the summer heat and bed was super comfy. Location is close to subways, restaurants and shops - short walk away from the main Times Square. Bathroom walls weren't as clean as I would of expected on arrival, but wasn't too bad hence why I didn't make a fuss about it as everything else seemed fine. Also went to use a coffee mug which had coffee stains (most likely previous user) so had to re-wash stuff before I used it just incase. Otherwise room and hotel was expected, so thank you.
