Pros:

Ottima posizione. Colazione discreta, dolce e salato e abbastanza variata. Camera interna non rumorosa.

Cons:

Molta polvere nelle camere. Nella camera tripla, il divano letto aperto impedisce il passaggio al bagno. Il materasso del divano letto era distrutto, hanno rimediato con un Topper. La luce del bagno ha un sensore che si accende durante la notte da solo. Il cucinotto è ben attrezzato, ma non c’è un tavolino e nemmeno una sedia.

Muy bien situado. El personal fue muy amable. La habitación estaba limpia y disponía de todo lo necesario.

Todo estuvo muy bien. El único "pero" es que la cama doble extragrande no me pareció muy grande, la verdad.

Good breakfast, staff was super nice and helpful

Cons:

The baby crib was not set - we got the basic crib packed in the cover to assemble it by ourselves. No mattress, no bed linen. Also we were waiting long time to be check-in.

A super convenient headquarters for my 10 plays in 5 days!
Pros:

Location, location, location. Perfect for theatre-heavy trip.
Extra bonus to get extensive pantry (was not expecting this when I booked the room).

Cons:

No working desk.
But the staff were wonderful and sent up a small portable over bed table for me to work at. It wasn’t ideal but it fed the job.

Tu hotel en la gran City
Pros:

Si planeas vivistar la gran City, esta es la ubicación (TIMES SQUARE) y este es el hotel: habitaciones cómodas, de facil acceso, un desayuno completísimo: yogures, infusiones, tostadas, opciones calientes, jugos, etc. Durante todo el día café a tu disposición y unas galletitas increíbles super reparadoras despues de todo el dia en la calle. La habitación cuenta con heladera, microondas, cafetera y todo lo necesario para una comida. Ampliamente recomendado. No lo dudes.

Cons:

La gente de recepción no es lo más cordial ni colaborativa, pero el hotel supera con creces estos detalles. La limpieza y el sector desayuno perfecto su personal.

Location was nice
Pros:

The location was conveniently located near a lot of food and attractions. It was also near subway access. The. Breakfast was nice. The staff was friendly.

Cons:

The room was much smaller than expected. The air conditioner stopped working in the 3rd night and it was 77 degrees in room. I called front desk and they informed me that maintenance had left for the night and they could offer me a fan. I understand there isn't much they can do if maintenance isn't available, but that didn't help me sleep any better in the hot room. It was fixed the next day. Also, on one day the cleaning staff left their cleaning products and the dirty rags on the table in our room and there were wads of hair laying in the floor right outside our room door. These were just a couple of things that fell below expectation.

Our room was on the lower level which smelled like sewage. Pipes in the halls not making it feel like a place you should be staying in. The room was ok except lighting was very poor and the outdoor area was dirty.

We have stayed here three years in a row, and will continue to do so.
Pros:

The proximity to Times Square and other attractions is excellent! The kitchen amenities in the room is so nice to have. We have dietary restrictions so being able to cook meals is essential. We could walk to all our shows in ten minutes or less.

Cons:

Bathrooms need a little updating and breakfast is basic.
