Very slow elevator, breakfast ends very early (9am), very crowded breakfast, shower cabin doesn’t properly close so quite a bit of water is dripping on the floor every time you need to take shower

A localização é fantástica, com metrô a poucos metros do local, além de muito próximo da Times Square, dos passeios de barco e Intrepid Museum. Os atendentes muito receptivos e atenciosos e a possibilidade de tomar café da manhã no quarto, com calma, também é um ponto positivo.

Το πρωινό ηταν το λιγότερο ελλιπές. Ελάχιστη ποσότητα για τον αριθμό ατομων που έμεναν σε αυτο το ξενοδοχείο, με αποτέλεσμα επειδη δεν ηταν κανεις εκει να γεμίζει οτι τελειωνε αναγκάστηκα κανα δυο φορες να τους επισημάνω τις ελλείψεις που ητν αρκετές.
Η ποικιλία του πρωινού επισης δεν ειχε καμια σχεση με την τιμη του δωματίου και τα αστέρια του. Το συγκεκριμένο πρωινό θα ηταν επαρκές για ενα ξενοδοχείο 2 αστέρων.
Μια μερα ξέχασαν τελειως να καθαρίσουν το δωματιο μας.
Το ενα και μοναδικό ασανσέρ του ξενοδοχείου ειναι εξαιρετικά αργό με αποτελεσμα να περιμένουμε πολυ ωρα για να μετακινηθούμε
Το κλιματιστικό στο δωματιο χαλούσε συνεχώς με αποτέλεσμα να ολες τις μερες να μην εχουμε κλιματιστικό καθως ναι μεν το επιδιορθώνε ο τεχνικός αλλα μετα απο λιγες ωρες έβγαζε το ιδιο σφάλμα.
Η συνολική αποτίμηση, πολλα λεφτα για το τιποτα. Δεν περιμενα ενα ξενοδοχείο που ειναι μερος μιας μεγάλης αλυσίδας και μάλιστα εχει στον τίτλο τη λεξη σουίτες να εχει τοσο ελλιπείς παροχές.

El baño no tenía shampoo
Gave us the wrong rooms. We confirmed with them saying we have booked 2 king studio rooms and they kept insisting we had 1 king and 1 queen. Queen room was very small and our senior citizen parents did not het a good sleep. Then they moved us to different rooms and the air conditioning was not working at 90F temperatures.
The room, the location, the security, break fast.
Very noisy. We could hear everything from the other room.
Clean, neat room… Good internal facilities… Good location…
Breakfast needs massive improvement. Only one lift requiring too much time to wait, this must be resolved.

I am a marriott titanium so I think I've stayed at a wide gamut of their hotel brands. This is my first Towneplace and I was prepared for it to be like a residence inn or similar brands. Yes it was but I can say it didnt necessarily meet up to standards. This is a smaller hotel in a very convenient location to times square. I never felt it was noisy and it was clean.
There are two different sections of the hotel; front and back (back faces 43rd st). When I checked in I stayed in the front of the hotel in a reserved king room. I asked for any upgraded rooms and they said there were none available. After getting the keys it took 3 or 4 minutes for the elevator to arrive. MIND YOU the hotel is maybe 5 or 6 stories so this is unacceptable. Got to the room and it was a queen. Went to the front desk and they said according to the computer it was a king. I said you're more than welcome to come to the room and see it was a queen bed. At this point it really didnt matter since I was told it was sold out and we can try to move you the next day.
The next day at 8am I went to the front desk and the person behind the desk was very pleasant and nice and said I can give you the larger room which has a king and is handicap accessible. I took it. This room was in the back hotel and the elevators actually worked and didnt take more than a minute to arrive. THe room was much nicer.
The breakfast was basic and decent...exactly what I was expecting. Also beware the front doors to the hotel auto locks at 7pm. That's a little early for the times square area. I never felt unsafe so not sure why that was even necessary
Lastly, I wish I could post on the marriott website, but you need to be invited to leave a review. I relied on the above 4 star rating to book this hotel, but it really is a 3 star and I would have selected a different hotel.
