Pros:

Visitei ao final de janeiro e gostei muito da estadia. Desde a recepção, a cordialidade dos funcionários, o café da manhã que sempre variada alguma coisa, o quarto...não tem como não tecer vários elogios! Sempre havia cookies, chocolate quente e chá disponível para os hóspedes para um lanchinho rápido na entrada ou saída do hotel. Tudo no quarto funcionava bem e atendia a necessidade da minha família. A localização também é excelente: o metrô fica na mesma calçada, próximo aos principais pontos turísticos a pé e com várias lojas e restaurantes legais próximos. Super indico!

La ubicación y el trato amable del personal. Ahh y lo olvidaba ...las galletas de Navidad 😅

Cons:

No puedo entender ni aceptar el cobro de una "garantía" más aún si transcurrido casi un mes desde mi estadía, aún no me es reembolsada. Esta es la sombra que oscurece el gran servicio recibido. Cuando salí del Hotel no tenía dudas de que en mi próxima visita a Nueva York me alojaría de nuevo ahí. Ahora ya no estoy seguro.

The staff made us stay in New York, extraordinary and memorable
Pros:

My family had four rooms all of which were fabulous- but the real plus of the hotel is the excellent staff. We were traveling with children, and people with disabilities, and they made every accommodation, kindness.and extra that made all the difference

Excelente ubicación, el personal es de lo más amable.
Nuestra habitación tenía cocina y estaba muy bien equipada. Algo fundamental si quieres ahorrar dinero en comer en restaurantes.
El desayuno es abundante y variado.

Great, affordable and comfortable hotel
Pros:

Super nice hotel, very centric to the main attractions and the subway and bus stations were right around the corner. Friendly staff. They were very attentive to our needs and kept our room tidy and clean each day. They even gave us some tips to get around the city. The breakfast was really delicious. There were many options to choose from and they varied some food here and there. Thank you for the stay.

Cons:

The elevator was indeed a bit slow, but it wasn't that bad. We didn't have to wait long (maybe because we went on Winter and it wasn't too crowded). The only downside for us was the breakfast area. There weren't many tables to sit, but again, it wasn't a deal breaker for us.
