HORRIBLE
Pros:

Apart from the location, everything was beyond WORSE.

Cons:

I can say there was no customer experience and no room service available. The trash in my room was there for 3 days, no one came to clean, remove. No body wash, no towels are replaced like NOTHING. The cleaning team didn't understand english so there was no way to have any sort of communcation and the receptionist said yes, but nothing was done.

Pros:

Staff was amazing and buffet was great

Cons:

small hotel bar seemed dirty and a glass of house pinot trivial cost 16.00 dollars. That was OUTRAGEOUS. I had dinner at the Korean steakhouse a few blocks away and my same house wine cost 9.00
