The staff at this hotel is absolutely amazing, and I especially want to recognize Ruby, who went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with a mistake I made when booking my room. She was incredibly helpful and patient over the phone and made what could have been a stressful situation so easy to fix. Customer service like that really makes a difference!
The hotel itself is in a fantastic location, close to everything, and the staff was also great about sharing helpful local tips, from restaurant recommendations to even letting guests know the best times to request an Uber to avoid the event-related price surges in town. Those little extra touches really stood out.
For a brand-new hotel, they truly have their stuff together. Everything felt well organized, and the staff clearly cares about making sure guests have a great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I’ll absolutely consider staying here again!

Cleanliness, location, and friendly staff.

Excellent room on corner, very spacious and clean. Biggest room I’ve gotten for a reasonable price. Very wheelchair accessible. Had a microwave and mid/size fridge. Ruby (desk manager) was excellent at working through reservation IT issues so we didn’t change rooms mid-way. Jayden and Chantrece in valet were superb with total service with a glowing smile even during high traffic periods. Adjacent to all the attractions and good restaurants. Amazing stay!

From the moment I pulled up at valet parking and was met by the most cheerful valet, Chantrece to when I checked in with the fabulous front desk clerk, Ruby, I knew I was in for a great stay. My room was perfect and being directly across the street from the Georgia aquarium made my stay super convenient for the event I was attending.

The hotel staff was friendly and professional as was the valet attendee Webb… The valet parking was in a very confined area and difficult to maneuver your vehicle. The hotel room was clean and comfortable but the drawback was the shower water temperature was lukewarm, but otherwise a pleasant stay.

This hotel is one of the worst. The receptionist ladies were nice and efficient however, upon arriving to my room, the key card didn’t work so I had to go back downstairs wait in line again to obtain activation of my key card we were pressed for time. I immediately I got in the shower. The door handle fell off. The faucet broke. I had to take a cold shower. The TV did not work. maintenance did come up and fix the TV. There was no extra blanket in the closet. Housekeeping did arrive to bring the blanket. Upon informing the night audit about my concerns he expressed there were no indication that there were problems in the room. The staff would know only when it’s reported I was blown away by this because the staff had to clean the shower open the door to realize the handle was broke and the faucet knob. I didn’t sleep there I checked out.

We liked the location because it is close to the aquarium and the bus line is in front of the hotel. The staff are very attentive - they are the best thing about it.

They were very accommodating and friendly. Very approachable.
They need a bonus for all that they do and especially in this Atlanta heat this weekend

Location is great is you're planning to visit the aquarium and are staying with kids.

It was my birthday trip and the staff was amazing from start to finish. I asked for names because I wanted to be sure they knew how amazing they were. Keiara I believe was the one who greeted us when we first arrived. She was a sweet young girl. Jamandi wqs with her and she accommodate us right when we checked in. Zamyah may have been the one who checked us out and assist with the pool. This location does not have one however with walked to the Hilton, their sister property which was only a 2 minute walk. We were not pleased about the parking attendees when we initially arrive. But on Friday or Saturday is when Chantrece returned and I felt like she was the supervisor because she had everybody on go and got our vehicles in and out. When we left on Sunday Jayden or Jaylen helped us with our bags. He was the only one because no one helped us when we arrived. I give them 10 stars. It was a great stay
