Water wasn't working the first 3 hrs I checked in. And we had no other option but to pay for valet parking $50 a night.

This hotel is in an outstanding location near the aquarium, Centennial Park and many restaurants

To sum of the stay I was cold and disappointed
Pros:

Two nice young ladies at front desk.

Cons:

Heat did not work. They fixed it and by midnight it was freezing cold again. Room was dirty. Could not get another room because it would be a downgrade. Manager was never available
