Andrina was great in helping me with a big problem. I don’t know if it is resolved yet and I don’t know who dropped the ball and created s very stressful situation for me. It’s either booking.com or Fairfield.

Close to the office, the Las Olas Blvd and River walk.
Pros:

Miss Catty, Andrene and Terry were especially helpful.

Reasonable Option for Las Olas Area
Pros:

Stayed pre-cruise (no car) in a Suite, 1 King Bed, Sofa bed. Room was per the photo, comfy bed, excellent/quiet HVAC system, bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water and good pressure. Breakfast was typical Fairfield and the team ensured it was well-stocked. Location is excellent for walking to Las Olas and other surrounding dining areas. A CVS and Publix are close by. Felt save walking anywhere. We would stay here again.

Beautiful property
Pros:

Stay was great even though it started off horrible. At check in we had Adriana who did not greet us or gave us a chance to speak. She was going on and on about the previous guest and even about her coworkers which as customers we should never hear or know. We later interacted with Chanel, Luna and Jodi who were amazing and made my stay better. This location is close to Las Olas just 5 minutes walking. Breakfast was great and the hotel was always being cleaned.
