미리 요청드렸던 부분에 방문시 재차 요청하지 않았어도 미리 가능한 부분이어서 요청사항 적용해주신점 감동이엇습니다.

Cons:

숙소 방 온도 23도 설정이 조금 아쉬웠어요.
25도 정도까지 온도를 올릴 수 있으면 좋을 듯 합니다.
겨울에는 23도 추울 것 같아요.
바깥 기온에 따라 난방 온도 설정을 달리 해줫음 합니다.

오션뷰는 최고이나 객실 관리는 미흡
Pros:

객실에서 송정해수욕장이 한눈에 보이는 오션뷰가 최고임. 조식도 좋은 편으로 종류는 많지 않으나 간단히 아침 식사를 해결하기에 적당했음(싱싱한 양상추와 맛있는 과일이 좋았음) 특히 식당을 관리하는 담당 직원의 친절한 응대가 아침부터 기분을 좋게 해 주었음.

Cons:

입실시 청소 상태가 좋지 않았고, 객실 클리너가 없는 날이 있어 불편했음. 청소가 불가능한 날에 대한 사전 공지가 필요할 듯함.

I'm not like nothing special I booked a room and paid through the booking program, but when I arrived the room was not the one I had booked.

Cons:

I paid over $160 for the comfort and view I chose, but there was nothing special about it. My room was changed and given to a room that wasn't up to standard for the amount I booked.

Do not book this hotel !! Poor management decisions
Pros:

After a good night here , the second night I came to the hotel there was a bad smell coming from the toilet .i informed politely the reception and I did request the problem to be fixed or change the room . After many arguments I was refused and forced to sleep in the room after they used an anti odor spray . Furthermore they refused to answer the phone to booking.com agent and to provide the name of the manager who refused to offer a diferent clean room . Moreover , I was told that I can use the spray every time I needed .
I end up to sleep in a room with bed smell . No option for me to change in the middle of te night .
I am very upset and this will change my whole positive reviews about my trip in South Korea .
