My stay was excellent.
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and well appointed. I wished I could have stayed an extra day to explore the area. I would stay at this hotel again. The front desk personnel even remembered my name when I returned from a short outing several hours long.

Love the hotel, staff, location, beds were comfortable, food was good, lots of little extra touches like T passes, and food credits.

Pros:

Really nice place, the location is excellent next to many shops in Somerville, reception staff ara amazing especially anny, she was super helpful and nice to us upon our arrival, made our checking process very easy and smooth

Cons:

The breakfast, you have 25$ you can use a day, but we endup not using it at all, they give you two option for breakfast, buffet or you can order room service, we entered the buffet but it was very limited one, just few main dishes.
So there isn’t many diversity can customize to different nationality guests

This is the only hotel I will stay at when visiting my children who live in the area. Exceptional.

My day was quiet and relaxing
Pros:

The facility itself was very clean fresh and modern. The facility is off of Main Street and there is parking next-door.
I like the location of it because you are close by good outdoor stores like CVS Sephora Trader Joe’s and a TJ Maxx.

Cons:

The ice machine on our floor was not working, but that was the only issue

The staff was unprofessional and disregarded any requests asked. I felt so unheard even tho I’m paying to stay here, ultimately was not pleasant
