Food and Beverage
9
No full restaurant noted, but complimentary drinks, cereals, snacks and welcome bread/jam were appreciated; limited scope but positively received.
Overall Experience
9
Overall very positive stay reports: excellent service, clean spacious rooms and useful amenities; a few operational hiccups (self-checkin/payment issues) and noise/location caveats slightly tempered perfect scores.

Satisfied! Better than being home!
Pros:

Everything! From the reception we received when we arrived to the spacious and well equipped room where we stayed, we lacked for nothing. Even though we used our kitchen every morning and night we could also go downstairs to get coffee, tea, juices and snacks. Shiori, our host, was a lovely and accommodating person ready to help us with anything we needed.

Cons:

Nothing.

Pros:

Staff was super nice and friendly.
Rooms were clean and very spacious.
Netflix !
Snacks and drinks available in the lobby.
Easy to walk to train station.

We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would ask is hooks/towel rack and a small stool in the bathrooms. There’s no where to put your stuff.
