Otroligt charmigt hotell, lite långt till backarna men perfekt om man har bil och hotellet erbjuder garage plats gratis.
Fantastisk frukost en av de bästa jag upplevt och deras spa var genomtänkt och väldigt fint.
Vi bodde i 5 nätter och kan inte hitta något negativt att skriva om detta enastående hotell.
Tout !! personnel très agréable, emplacement et hotel magnifiques, petit déjeuner très varié et très bon. "Goûter" de 16h à 19h qu'on nomme "linner" équivaut à un dîner, excellent. Et que dire de la piscine à débordement sur le toit, certes un peu petite, mais TOP !! Nous avons passer un excellent séjour nous recommandons à 100%

Our stay was wonderful. The staff, the location of the hotel, pool, the attention to every detail, the cleanliness, the family-like and peaceful atmosphere, the large garage, and the easy check-in even during late-night hours were all excellent. We would definitely like to come back.
The breakfast was very delicious. The only suggestion I would have is to add more green vegetables, for example green lettuce.
On one morning it was quite noisy – we could hear music from a neighboring room or possibly from upstairs. I'm not sure if it was because someone was playing the music very loudly or due to the walls, but it was noticeable only on that one day.

Náš pobyt byl fantastický. Snídaně, wellness, odpolední "svačina" (spíš tedy regulérní večeře), personál.
Отель расположен в живописном месте с чудесным видом на горы.
Для удобства гостей предоставляется бесплатный трансфер до ближайших подъёмников. Также рядом с отелем находится автобусная остановка,что делает логистику очень удобной.
Отдельно хочется сказать про спа-центр (бесплатный для гостей отеля): панорамный бассейн с подогревом, сауна, хаммам - именно то, что нужно после активного дня!
Хорошие завтраки, внимательный персонал, чистые и просторные номера.

The spa is beautiful, food is great and they provide everything you might need including a shuttle in and out of town!
The heated jacuzzi pool overlooking beautiful city of ortisie with all the snow clas moutains is the highlight. Also the view from the room is nice. The hotel is clean and confortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and feel great.
The only point of negative is you dont get dinner here nor are there much options to eat. As you are far away fron the city the last bus goes at 7 so that is the only drawback that there very limited options to eat for dinner and also in the breakfast and Linner buffets. Vegetarian options are also quite less.
