Good price

Clean but quite run down, the door on my first room did not lock. There is a club next door that went till 4am felt like they were in the room.

Had to stay in an annex about two blocks away because street bars were very loud and disturbing. The annex room had no windows, the toilet lid was broken, no towel bars in bathroom and even if you used the annex address deliveries and GRAB cars always went to the main hotel. But was most upsetting...the security guard felt comfortable in giving out information about me... When I arrived or when I would live to anyone who asked. Also seen many cockroach ...big ones...throughout the hotel. Shared the elevator with one......

Extremely nice staff, however that doesnt make up for the constant noise at night as well as bug (roaches) issues. It was too much and i couldn't stay a full day at that hotel.

The room have tiny cockroaches crawling all the way to the bed. The person who was cleaning and turned over the room to us is not wearing a face mask and face shield. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Too bad i

Small dark room, tinest bathrom...the smell from shower drain was like terrible, window facing brick wall...light bulbs wouldnt light a signal light in a car........ good aircon and friendly staff

위치는 좋음.
스태프도 괜찮은 편.
단점은 많이 낡음 (리얼루다가ㅎㅎ 사진보다 더 낡음 ㅋㅋ)
이불 조금 눅눅..내 방은 창문 없었음..(정확히는 있었으나 10cm앞에 다른 건물로 막혀있음)
청결을 중요시한다면 글쎄요...
싼마이 가격대인 3만원에서 1만원 아끼려다가 퀄리티가 확 내려가니까
가성비 3만원 근처에서 합의해서 고르세요 ㅎㅎㅎ

Everything was fine except the air conditioning really needs re gassing or replacing.
Cool compared to outside but not cool enough sorry.
I didn't bother changing rooms.

Booked this place for my partner.
Thank goodness this was only a one night event and even that I wish we had just checked out immediately. This hotel and what was online to what the room looked like was not the same. However one can handle that. The mini cockroaches- NO!!! I will not recommend this to anyone. The cost was not cheap so to experience this was a very negative experience.

Shilla Philia is a nice hotel, with nice and friendlt staff. The hotel is clean and confortable, and the location is perfect, close to restaurants and malls. When I come back to Manila, I come back to Shilla Philia. Good value for your money!!

Good for the money. I only stayed a few hours due to a late flight. Bed was good and that was my main concern. Everything else was ok. Receptionist was friendly.

I would say this hotel was cheap and nasty. The room door (302) was damaged and jammed, the shower area way too small , the floors where dirty , housekeeping was another mystery. Much better choices close by.

部屋に入った瞬間にカビくさく、何日も使われていなかったと思います。
洗面台は前入室者のものと思われる嘔吐が... これは最悪のホテルに宿泊してしまったと思っていたら、その後の対応が早く完璧までの部屋を綺麗にしていただきました。

The Hotel & Staff is Very Good! Especially the Guard who is very courteous. Enjoy may stay. Very Near to Everything. Bars, Hotel, Party & Very Accessible via PUV.
