Estancia muy agradable en el centro histórico
Pros:

La ubicación, muy céntrica y el parking al lado.
El desayuno es sencillo pero gratuito, fue suficiente para nosotros.

Cons:

Hay que estar atento al teléfono el día de la llegada para recibir las instrucciones.

A lovely historic building, very friendly staff, did go out of their way at times to be helpful
Pros:

Location a big tick. View from room and terrace outstanding. Characterful decor. Very helpful staff - when present.

Cons:

No staff present on arrival. Received a WhatsApp message and video about gaining access - neither of us good with modern technology.
On 2nd floor and no lift, stairway dark, so difficult to come down staircase, and heavy bags to carry.
Breakfast in the cellar - small and cramped. Very limited breakfast choice.

Great short stay in Toledo
Pros:

Great location in a quiet part of the old town. Friendly and welcoming hosts. Comfortable bed. Lovely terrace with views over the town.
Relatively short walk (20 mins) from the railway station.

Cons:

Nothing.

El trato de la chica de recepción fue lo mejor de todo, muy amable, atenta y muy profesiona.l

Cons:

No me gustó que publicitan dentro de los servicios ofrecidos parking gratuito perteneciente al hotel, no es cierto, tienes uno a escasos 100m pero es de pago. La culpa no es del establecimiento ya que es Booking quien lo publicita mal. Me hicieron un bizum por el importe del parking y todo arreglado. Muy amables y entendieron que yo no tenía porqué pagar parking si se publicitaba gratis.

UN LUX DE VISITA
Pros:

Facilidad con el check-in, llegamos muy tarde y nos facilitaron unos códigos para entrar sin problemas. Los servicios en general, el wifi estupendo, la amabilidad del personal. Y tener un parking justo al lado mejora mucho la logística en una ciudad con tantas calles por donde no caben los coches

Cons:

El desayuno te lo sirves tú mismo y no me aclaraba con la cafetera.

Pros:

Increíble estancia! Todo decorado con esmero y detalle, súper auténtico. Muy cómodo que esté cerca del parking para dejar el coche y junto al Alcázar. Mención especial el detalle de poder desayunar algo sencillo por la mañana y la amabilidad de los empleados. Sin duda volveremos!

Repetiría.
Pros:

Muy a gusto durante toda la estancia. El hotel tiene mucho encanto y es muy acogedor. La habitación estaba muy limpia y era realmente cómoda. La ubicación es perfecta para recorrer Toledo caminando y tener todo cerca. Además, el personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Sin duda una muy buena elección.

Habitaciones espaciosas, los lugares comunes tenían mucho encanto. Te ponen cafe en la habitación
