Categories

Cleanliness
9.5
Consistently praised across reviews — multiple guests explicitly note 'muito limpo', 'limpeza ótima' and 'tudo muito limpo', indicating excellent housekeeping and room cleanliness.
Service
8.8
Generally very positive — many mentions of 'funcionários muito educados e prestativos' and 'atendimento impecável', but a few service lapses (receptionist ignored checkout, a receptionist needing better training) lower the score slightly.
Location
9
Mostly favorable — several reviews call out 'localização muito boa' or 'boa localização' and convenient parking in some reports; a few guests note it is a bit distant from the town center or parking can be difficult, producing an overall strong rating.
Room Quality
9.6
Highly rated — frequent comments about comfortable rooms and beds ('camas excelentes', 'quarto super confortável', 'quarto muito amplo e limpo'), good bathrooms and overall room comfort.
Amenities
8.5
Good but limited in places — breakfast and basic amenities are appreciated, parking is available for many guests, but some note missing small conveniences (no plates/talheres for snacks) and suggestions like a sauna in one review.
Value for Money
9
Perceived as good value — guests repeatedly recommend the hotel, say they will return, and one specifically noted 'Estadia ok para o custo', indicating solid satisfaction with price-to-quality.
Food and Beverage
9.4
Breakfast frequently praised as 'muito bom' and 'farto', with variety and quality noted; a minority mention repetition of items or desire for more coffee options, but overall very positive.
Overall Experience
9
Strong overall impression — many 'Gostamos de tudo', 'Excepcional', and recommendations to return; isolated negatives (reception issues, minor amenity gaps) do not substantially detract from overall satisfaction.

Pros:

Segunda vez que me hospedo e foi tudo ótimo!

Cons:

Única questão foi a luminosidade do quarto. A cortina não era black-out, o que influenciou no sono.
