スタッフさんはとても親切で助かりました。
色々なトラブルに丁寧に良く対応してくれたと思います。

Cons:

突然トラブルのため、別のホテルに1泊だけして欲しいと連絡があり、別ホテルに宿泊しました。
手配はきちんとして頂きましたが、面倒でした。
翌日から宿泊できたものの、施設が古いのか？鍵は壊れてるし、TVは付かないし。
業者さんを呼んで頂いたり、スタッフさんが直してくれたり、丁寧な対応はしてくれましたが、時間のロスは大きく、大変残念です。

I loved the location. Very close to the city center, restaurants, shops and ferry terminal. The staff was pleasant and very helpful.
