Beautiful location, pool and restaurant were wonderful, amazing views. Breakfast was great.
Room was small, bed was hard but we requested a pillow top which made it better. The bed had separate covers for each side which was not ideal. Some ants and bugs. Very limited parking.
Staff were lovely and so was the food. Location had a stunning view.
Air con was controlled at 23 degrees in the room which is not that cool given the temperature outside. Beds by the pool were left empty for hours but with towels on them so you couldn’t take them. Rooms were small
Indretningen var super fancy, bortset fra badeværelserne, der trænger til en opgradering. Morgenmaden og servicen var god. Poolen var dejlig, men der var for få solstole, så der var kamp om dem. Det var fedt med gratis vand.
Badeværelset var trangt, billigt bygget og indrettet. Baren ved poolen manglede den hyggelige stemning, man forventer af et adults-only resort, og den lukkede alt for tidligt. Vi havde glædet os til at nyde cocktails ved poolen om aftenen. Gangene var alt for mørke, da lyset tændte alt for sent, og de trængte til en renovering. Rengøringssystemet var forvirrende, og standarden levede ikke op til andre hoteller, vi har besøgt.
Amazing, everything was above expectations, the breakfast, view, pool, restaurants and just the overall vibe. If you're in the Port de Soller then this is the place to stay.
Facilities, staff & the ambience was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. We loved the design of the interior & the pool area especially.
The location, set up on quite a steep hill with two lots of steps. Was quite arduous coming back up from the port in the heat.

Nos gusto mucho porque es exótico y diferente al resto de hoteles de la zona. El personal muy simpático y atento. El restaurante Neni es fantástico, comida riquísima, terraza con vistas, cenamos genial, para no perdérselo. Las habitaciones muy correctas y acogedoras. Te dejan bolsa de playa y toallas, así como termo para rellenar en el propio hotel que tiene repartidos los grifos tipo cerveza pero con diferentes aguas, y así no gastar botellas de plástico. Una idea fantástica. Te regalan un sombrero de paja y un bote grande de protección solar corporal. Un detallazo. El desayuno muy rico y variado todo. La zona de piscina exótica y bonita. Y el acceso al puerto es una escalera que se hace sin problema y estás en el puerto en unos minutos. Ubicado muy bien. Repetiremos porque es un hotel muy diferente. Ah tiene una terraza con bicis estáticas, cinta, con vistas al puerto, ideal entrenar muy temprano. Una bonita experiencia.
el parking no tiene casi plazas y aparcar cerca en temporada alta debe ser un problema.
Great hotel if you book the sea view, the partial view is a hit or miss of what you get. Love the staff they were extremely nice. I wanted to have dinner on the roof and they have a table reserved for guest that has no view which was a bummer I wish they saved some with the view for paying guest of the hotel instead of walk ins. It is a pricey hotel. Also when I was getting a massage it was interrupted a few times a girl even walked in the room during the massage through a staff door. The guest relations manager was extremely apologetic but I wish they would have a sign saying “massage in progress” so people aren’t opening the locked door ruining the mood. Overall I still recommended this to my friends and love the location, pool, and roof top gym is 10/10!!
The breakfast was exceptional, the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. The pool area was amazing - very relaxing and had a great vibe. Our hotel balcony was used a lot because the view was so beautiful. The facilities at the hotel were great.
