This is beautiful hotel with a stunning view of Soller and the mountains. They made my mum really welcome as it was a trip to celebrate her birthday - we were gifted two glasses of cava and a cake with a candle at breakfast. The location is perfect and the showers/products in the bathroom were great too.
We had a slight confusion at check in but we were kindly gifted some drink vouchers as a result.
Probably one of the top hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Amazing facilities, we loved the sauna and steam room, the pool area, the breakfast, the free yoga class, the little details that just made it perfect for our relaxing girls weekend!

El spa solo es una sauna y un baño turco el restaurante muy caro y la televisión no funcionaban los canales españoles......ni yo ni mi pareja volveremos. Decepción total.

De chi in de kamer kan beter, als je gevoelig bent voor de feng shui ligging van je bed. Hadden we beide wel een beetje last van door de grote spiegels ;)

Très bon petit déjeuner, très bon accueil, belle piscine et beau jardin.

Mooi uitzicht, mooi zwembad en stijlvol ingericht. Ontbijt goed.
Ontbijt personeel was zeer vriendelijk. Personeel receptie niet. We vroegen of we konden parkeren voor de deur aan de weg. Auto is weggesleept de ochtend erna. Personeel was niet behulpzaam.
Verwacht service, matrassen bedjes moet je zelf opmaken aan zwembad. Zou netjes zijn als personeel aanbiedt om drankjes bij pool bar netjes te brengen dat soort zaken niet geregeld.
Delicious breakfast, friendly staff, amazing bar and restaurant, fab location and great amenities - free sun cream in the room!
No working WiFi in the room which is unacceptable for the price we pay nightly. Staff made no effort to fix it. There’s a staff WiFi that does work and they wouldn’t give us that. Restaurant staff in general was not helpful or at all accommodating for even the smallest requests like removing an ingredient from a sandwich!
