Filthy, used sheets on bed in first room, Manager blamed his staff and also commented on the aircon which didn’t work. I swapped rooms for ok sheets, next morning saw how much the floor filthy, broken and loose tiles, broken light and bathroom smelt of urine. Couldn’t wait to get out.
Could see all parts of this hotel were severely neglected and dirty. Totally misrepresented online.
Don’t go there!!!

リバーサイドに近いエリアで朝は読経が聞こえ、トンレサップ川に朝日を見に行くこともできます。

エレベーターがないので、荷物を自室に運ぶのは大変です。特に螺旋階段には苦労しました。
英語が話せないフロントスタッフもいるので、翻訳アプリを介してコミュニケーションを取りましたが、親切です。
朝食は「バスがいないので提供できない」と言われました。ホテルの前に露店が並んでいるので、そこでもいろいろ買えます。

Staff amenities such as working refrigerator and TV were not provided.
Attention to customer was lacking and the customer was made to wait more than 30 min to receive the keys

When I arrived it turned out my room was given to another person by accident, I was offered another (lesser) room instead. I did accept this since I was in a hurry and couldn't be fussed with cancelling and finding another place. The next day I could move to the room I had booked.

The next day I wanted to use the safe in my room, but it was closed so I couldn't use it. The only staff present didn't speak English, I asked the girl from the coffee shop next door to help with the translation. To cut a long story short, I couldn't use the safe since the manager wasn't coming back until later that evening and I was going out before that.

The location is good, the room was clean and there's a great little coffee shop next door.

För priset vi betalade, hade vi förväntat oss mycket mer. Smutsiga sängkläder, nedgånget och slitet rum, dåligt med varmvatten i duschen, frukost ingick inte. Säkerhetsskåpet fungerade inte. Vi påpekade detta, men det åtgärdades aldrig. Luftkonditioneringen var inte på när vi kom till hotellet. Den var dessutom väldigt svag, så det tog ett par timmar innan det blev svalt i rummet.

Servicen från personalen var bra och hotellet låg bra till.

Good location to visit palace and silver pagoda and easy walk to riverside and busy nightlife area. In street nearby was large pile of dumped rubbish that did detract from immediate area but you could out to street 240 to miss this. Nice balcony to relax and wind down on.

Great hotel and good location for our brief stay.

Prima tappa in Cambogia da sola, stanza prenotata "vista piscina". Mi fanno accomodare una stanza ampia e pulita ma buia. Chiedo: e la pool view? (O almeno una finestra...).. Mi accorgo di un portoncino.. apro e la stanza so affacciava ad un allevamento di centinaia di coccodrilli!! Ovviamente in overbooking non mi hanno potuto spostare.. nessun rimborso.. e abbastanza fregatura per il tour con loro. Che dire. Carino davvero ma servizio zero

Lovely and easy going. It deceptively looks run down, it the patio is lovely and the rooms very comfortable. I would love to return .

The Hotel was just OK. Was not very right inside a lick of paint would help. The bathroom was big but the floor tiles very slippery getting out of the shower but this ks common in Asia. The shower head holder was broken and I told them at front desk but didnt fix it. I told them again when I was leaving as this was an electric power shower and dangerous when the water going everywhere. I did not have food so cant comment on that. The staff were pleasent. This hotel could improve greatly with a small amount of effort

Fantastic hotel, very comfy bed and good TV. AC works well and shower hot. Service was very good to. The hotel is a classy renovated Mansion with lots of wood and original style. It's a quiet area and close to food and drinks. A hidden gem away from tourists, you feel like your living in Phnom Penh like a local. Super Good.

Dude who checked me in made an uncalled for rude comment about my country of origin. Brushed it off, but later he started a conversation in which he made some really opinionated and ignorant comments. Needless to say I did not eat breakfast or hang out in the public areas after that. Bad wifi. Room was ok.

Wonderful small guesthouse on a quiet side street near Street 240. Staff was incredibly helpful and made some helpful suggestions.

The guesthouse itself has large rooms, a lobby seating area as well as a seating area on the first floor. They serve breakfast (I didn't try it) that is reasonably priced.

Staff very welcoming, we were upgraded for free on arrival, the room was excellent, the other rooms we saw into on the floor below us were also great. Nice design, 10 min walk from attractions and restaurants. Staff friendly and good at making recommendations, able to book tours and transport onward for us. Would recommend.
