Great hotel. Quiet. Nice staff

Great Staff, 10 min to the airport. free parking, large rooms, food in the restaurant was great.

The huge and delicious breakfast was a pleasant surprise! Unfortunately, the wifi was very weak - almost to the point of being unusable.

Air connection did not work and also was not hot water, could not take shower. We had 1 year baby, was hard.

2 chambres couplees tres spacieuses ! Propres, eau dans les chambres. Gardien disponible dans la nuit a notre arrivée.
Le moins : on nous disait que les chambres navaient pas été payées alors que javais bien effectué auparavant le paiement. Il a fallu retrouver la preuve par la facture et sur le site de la banque...

Arrived late from airport. Not a welcoming greeting from the security guard who could not even supply some water & ice in the heat. No English and no interest in using google translate to engage.
However, rooms are immaculate as is the full property. With a/c and all amenities we needed for an over night.
Main staff much more friendly and helpful but I’d still expect more. For example - When I asked for a taxi I was told to call an Uber.
On balance, a good hotel if you are looking for somewhere simple and easy on your journey. Note - not as near to the airport as you think.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was closed which was a problem as we arrived around dinner time.

I arrived very late and checked out very early in the morning due to my flight schedule. Even though I did not have a chance to see any administrative personnel at the hotel, I had no problem getting into my room and checking out in the morning. The night guard was waiting for me to give me the room key, and I did not waste a second getting into my room. Communication was very fast and effective. It is a cost-effective choice to stay one night near Zagreb airport.

Hotel was okay except that you said that you have a transport to airport but you didn’t have it I need to pay extra for taxi

My family of five stayed one night in two rooms the evening before our flight. The rooms were clean. A small pull out was in both rooms to accommodate an extra guest. The concierge representative spoke perfect English, was very friendly and was eager to accommodate our requests. We arrived early and got our rooms a couple of hours before check in.

The cleaning staff was friendly and accommodating. They have a small restaurant that was open for lunch only. The food looked great. We planned to eat dinner at the hotel but it was closed. Without a car, you have to travel by car, taxi, etc into town to get food, groceries, shopping, etc. as there is nothing around the hotel.

It was an overall pleasant stay. Very comfortable. Would recommend to families with small children as well.

Great hotel for an overnight stop prior to going to the airport which is only 10-15 minutes away. Great air conditioning too. It was hot.

Overall this was a really great hotel. The room was as advertised and it was very convenient to the airport. Expedia advertised airport shuttle however, the hotel does not offer airport transfer. The staff were absolutely amazing. I emailed to let them know we would be arriving late and they were more than accommodating. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a decent location by the airport

This is a great little hotel. Perfect is you need to be close to the airport for an early flight (Or like us just needed a stopover between an ongoing flight). We had a cheap Uber back fore from the hotel which arrived in within 10mins and was very reasonable for price.
The room was more modern than pictured and was far larger than expected. The big bathroom was well equipped with toiletries and a large shower. Breakfast was included in the price, this is cooked/made fresh of a menu which had a great choice or fruits/yoghurts/cooked breakfast/omelettes. We both had omelettes which were extremely tasty with lots of filling. Staff were pleasant and friendly and we were greeted by a very friendly caretaker on arrival as we didn't arrive until past midnight. The hotel had a little park located around the side for children.

The hotel is a bit in the middle of nowhere so it's only really convenient for the airport or a stop-off although it would only be a 30 minute drive into the centre of Zagreb.

Nice hotel not far from the airport since we were taking the plane really early next morning. Fast check in and check out.

They had no record of our booking (even though I had paperwork) and no rooms to offer, Hotel was all booked out for a wedding. They helped us find other accommodation though but we are still waiting on a refund from lastminute for this error.
