Nothing we turned up and there was no rooms and haven't had a refund
Everything how its been handled still waiting on refund
Was told that there was limited availability due to a council "event" - this turned out to be housing homeless. It was not a problem and did not detract from my stay.
I have sayed over the past three years, some aspects are ready for a spruce up

The room was diabolical.. Holes in doors, no hot water, kettle would not fit under tap - had to use cup to fill it, no towels provided, no one on reception and socks on the smoke detector - this is a health & safety concern, other guests were smoking weed.

Location good
Didn't get sent access codes, when I called for them I was kept waiting for 45 minutes outside the property, making it 1 HR 45 minutes late into the property. Finally got the message with the codes saying when I found check in at 7pm, 5 hours late!!

I’m fuming, the staff weren’t very welcoming and when we turned our pillow over we found blood stains on it, we were that disgusted we left. I want a refund!

The fact that it was more like a hostel then anything
I did have to mention to staff that the room wasn’t ready for me for when I checked in but they soon apologised and did this.
Good location car park opposite, security door excellent.
Seemed to be guests smoking outside the front entrance quite regularly.
Very poor shower damaged water not get away.noise throughout the night!
Perfect location and fantastic security ect only problem I found was there was working girl in there and few druggies but they was absolutely amazing people met a good friend
