Important information:

The day of arrival the room is available from 14.00, if your arrival is expected after 17.30 via e-mail you can check-in online and directly access the hotel and your room with the virtual access key.
To activate the online check-in, you will be sent an e-mail 2 days before your arrival day. During winter the reception is open from 08.00 to 12.00, self check-in is possible from 14.00.

Breakfast is served every day from 07:30 to 10:30 (Winter 08:00 to 10:00).

Please note that the city tax includes the Ticino Ticket. It offers free benefits and discounts in the canton of Ticino, including free use of train and bus services. Pros:

Reception was closed when we arrived, however, we received detailed instruction on how to enter our rooms.
Room was spacious.
Free rental bike was provided.
Free coffee machine in the lobby.

Cons:

Rooms are not soundproof as we could easily hear people talking in the corridor.

Die Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend und einfach herzlich. Das selbständige Checkin ist gut gelungen. Ich konnte in der Garage mein Ebike laden, es hat alles bestens funktioniert. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.
