Important information:

The day of arrival the room is available from 14.00, if your arrival is expected after 17.30 via e-mail you can check-in online and directly access the hotel and your room with the virtual access key.
To activate the online check-in, you will be sent an e-mail 2 days before your arrival day. During winter the reception is open from 08.00 to 12.00, self check-in is possible from 14.00.

Breakfast is served every day from 07:30 to 10:30 (Winter 08:00 to 10:00).

Please note that the city tax includes the Ticino Ticket. It offers free benefits and discounts in the canton of Ticino, including free use of train and bus services. Great hotel!
Pros:

It was very clean and well kept. It looks like everything is new. The breakfast was great.

Cons:

Getting into the hotel was a bit difficult, and since everything is self-service, it feels like the hotel is missing a bit of soul.

Si je reviens dans la région, je me ferais un plaisir de revenir dans cet hôtel. C'était top.
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était juste incroyable. Un très grand choix et très bon. La décoration de salle commune était sobre et joliment décorée. Le personnel très gentil et souriant.
