Important information:

The day of arrival the room is available from 14.00, if your arrival is expected after 17.30 via e-mail you can check-in online and directly access the hotel and your room with the virtual access key.
To activate the online check-in, you will be sent an e-mail 2 days before your arrival day. During winter the reception is open from 08.00 to 12.00, self check-in is possible from 14.00.

Breakfast is served every day from 07:30 to 10:30 (Winter 08:00 to 10:00).

Please note that the city tax includes the Ticino Ticket. It offers free benefits and discounts in the canton of Ticino, including free use of train and bus services. Super agréable !
Pros:

L’accueil chaleureux et très professionnel. Le café et l’eau à disposition, la décoration, le concept de bar mis à disposition 24h/24h avec un grand choix de produits (self service). Le confort de la chambre … le petit déjeuner incroyable… Tout!

Der Aufenthalt im Lodge war insgesamt sehr schön, das Frühstück aber in dieser Art nicht einladend
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut und schön; das Zimmer war sehr angenehm und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Cons:

Während meine Partnerin das Frühstück genoss, waren für mich all die kleinen Verpackungen oder Gläschen, in denen das Essen verpackt war, mehr als gewöhnungsbedürftig. Dieses Klein- Klein-Spiel habe ich sonst noch nirgends erlebt und machte für mich insgesamt das Frühstück nicht zu einem positiven Erlebnis.

Bike garage, free sparking and non-sparkling water any time, breakfast was great, staff was super nice, beds very comfortable.

Sehr angenehme klare Athmosphäre. Tolle Aufenthaltsräume und Bibliothek, Tee Kaffee und Wasser immer erhältlich. Erhielten ein Up Grade Zimmer. Schön hell und ruhig. Gute Betten. Gute Dusche. Sehr nettes hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Ein paar Haken im Badezimer wären hilfreich um Kleider aufzuhängen während des Duschens z.B.
Das Licht am Abend war etwas schummrig im Zimmer, wenn man im Sessel lesen oder schreiben wollte. Vieleicht eine hellere Lampe oder ein Deckenlicht wäten gut.

Ich habe beim Check-out am 2. Januar der Dame an der Rezeption gesagt, dass ich die Zimmer bereits bezahlt hatte, doch Sie hat verneint und mich nochmals aufgefordert zu bezahlen. Des Weiteren habe ich erwähnt, dass die Heizung im Zimmer 205 geklopft hat und meine Schwester 4x in der Nacht aufstehen musste. Es kam nur ein "es tut mir leid". Kein Entgegenkommen, nichts. Die doppelte Bezahlung der Zimmer passt dazu. Kundenservice und Professionalität sieht anders aus.
