Pros:

Room was spotless and comfortable including air conditioning. Staff was friendly and quick to respond to requests. will stay again when in the area.

Pros:

Hôtel accueillant et très belle déco; personnel charmant toujours à l'écoute et aux petits soins! Les lits sont absolument confortables et nos deux jours à M'Hamid nous ont permis de nous ressourcer et de nous détendre en famille. On y a très très bien mangé aussi. Merci à Luc et toute l'équipe du Carrefour des Nomades.

Pros:

All the staff members are nice, gentle and helpful. That was a very good point for me.

However I was disappointed about the coldness in the hostel and especially in the room, it was freezing, thankfully, we asked for 2 additional blankets but a small heater per room is not very expensive, is it?

After being in the desert, a proper shower would have been nice, unfortunately the water system is terrible (wc and sink are OK though) but no pressure in the shower and impossible to get stable temperature, it's a shame...

This place would be great when those things are fixed (and also a little bit more of cleaning here and there doesn't hurt)
